I went in today for lunch with my husband, and my sandwich was I had to take it back. The new one was a mess, and it had mold on the bread. I didn’t get an apology or anything like one. They did refund the money for my Neil. I will never go to that Burger King again, very rude people who had no remorse about what I was going through.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went to get a bite to eat sat at the window for over 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, then was told to wait around front. Another 20 minutes go by and by the time I get to sit down and eat they’re closed and literally EVERYTHING was wrong. Being allergic to cheese and stating plainly that i did not want it and it comes out so covered i cant even see a patty, There was no excuse for this as there were only 2 other customers there would NOT recommend

Picked up dinner for my daughter. Received cold fries and a raw burger. Plant based or not my child’s burger is raw. Was told by management will replace the burger but not the fries.

Ordered a Whopper Junior meal medium o-rings with half and half tea. Received a cold Whopper Junior, a small frie and a large tea or maybe simple syrup. Bad experience. Burgers are supposed to be above room temperature. $7 bucks for unedible food. Lady on the phone was polite. This ordeal started with the staff handing me the wrong food. I WAS NOT given a receipt.

Went through the drive thru for the $5 your way meal. One cashier charged me $5.35 , but 3 days later same meal $5.67. I am confused. Food was good. Consistently the same as you’d expect from BK. Fries were hot and crisp. No combines other than the different charges.
