One of the employees doesn’t like me so any time I come through the drive thru and she’s working she loads my cup up with a ton of ice and is super not friendly lol I work in fast food and I kill her with kindness when she comes through my drive thru ♀️

We just ordered food here about 10-15 minutes ago. They messed up our order of 2 Jr Whoppers with no onions by adding extra onions and cheese. We waited for 10 minutes on our food aswell. The woman at the register didn’t offer us a receipt. She had about 4-5 different receipts in her hand that she just threw away in front of us. We will NOT be eating here again.

Consistently slowest Burger King I’ve ever been at. They only know how to work on one customer order at a time and I was stuck in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes because of its design nor could I cancel my online order.

Would give zero Stars if it were an option. Nighttime staff are very rude and unprofessional. Especially the manager. Took 20 minutes after ordering to get my food and nobody was there but me. Mess up orders and don’t care to get them right. This location has horrible service. Workers create unwelcoming atmosphere when communicating with them if you bring an error to their attention. Food was awful. Not what I ordered. Wouldn’t remake it either. Just refunded half of my money.

If 0 stars were possible. Just watched an employee come in from smoking, reach in grab a fry out of the bin and eat in. Put on gloves without washing his hands and started handling the food for orders. This is the 2nd time I’ve seen this. Told the lady I changed my mind and why. I will never get food from there again, they are nasty.

The night shift manager is awful. He has a lack of professionalism and from what I witnessed when I “tried” to order was a dismissive grunt while he and all 4 of his other employees smoked cigarettes by the dumpster. Never go back
