My husband went through the drive through, paid for his food and drove off forgetting his sandwich. He was so tired from working overtime. I called them and the manager said it’s ok he can come back and get it. When he went back they made him a fresh out of the fryer sandwich. Now while my husband is working in moundsville he plans on eating there every night. They didn’t have to replace his food but they did and we are thankful!!!!

Every single time I go to BK moundsville or the island, they make me pull around and wait. I mean every single time. Last time it was for mozzarella sticks and it took 21 minutes for the employee to bring them to us and we were the only customer the entire time.

This burger king is probably one of the best stores I’ve been to. Very clean, staff is great and they take pride in what they do. Food is hot and obviously cooked in small quantities. I’ve ate at many burger king’s but this store is hands down one of the best. So nice to order a meal and its hot and fresh. They are consistent in what they do cause I’ve eaten here over the past several months and always great!!

This BK actually puts the sandwiches together carefully and the burgers are grilled fresh. No messy, ugly food like you’ll get down the street at McD’s. Specialty and limited run sandwiches are great here also. Seems like the manager of this store knows what he’s doing. All my experiences here have been great.
