Mmm what a way to start the morning! Yum! Called and spoke with a manager, who could literally care less. Asked for my name to write down and they would replace my croissantwich…NO THANKS. I asked if the cooks wore hairnets, she said hats or hairnets. Well if your cook(s) are wearing hairnets or hats and STILL shedding their hair into the food…then they shouldn’t be in the kitchen around people’s food. Disgusting. I mean this hair was literally melted into the cheese, how did someone not see this when putting the top croissant on???

This BK is awful. They’re services are slow and the meat is usually some how over cooked and dry, and the manager thays there in the mornings is extremely rude. I’m there every morning to meet my employer because that’s where he gets gas for truck and equipment but I don’t even bother getting food there anymore because of that rude woman and the food being so nasty.

Bad experience over all. Gas station attached with very rude service and dirty facilities. The order was wrong (missing 4 items) and took 2 attempts to correct. The soda was mostly carbonation and lacking in syrup. Fries were hot which was a positive. About 12 minutes in the drive thru total and asked for us to pull forward with no cars in front or behind. The hand offs were rough and we weren’t thanked for our business.

I walk from my hotel to go get something to paid for a large fry got a small anyway. I called willing to walk back for a whole new order but the guy said that they would only give me the larg fry not my whole meal. I don’t think i should eat cald food after walking back up there for your mistakes. So ill just have to take that lose huh?

The bathrooms at this place were soooooo nasty omg I didn’t wanna sit down to poop so I stood up made it in just fine then realized there was no toilet paper ! For some reason there was no ketchup in the dispenser I told the girl with the buck teeth and she said it wasn’t her job to fill it up . Wow horrible service there were flies buzzing all over everything It was nasty ! The patties were burnt i asked why the girl with the buck teeth said the broiler hadn’t been cleaned and it had caught on fire so I went and threw it in the trash someone back there had bad B.O. to.

Around 5pm yesterday I stopped in and when my food was ready I tried to get ketchup out of the dispenser on the counter and it was empty. I told a woman behind the counter and she gave me a few packets. The next customers in line had the same issue and got the same result. There were only 2 couples and myself in there at this time, so it’s not like they were swamped. It took me a few minutes to eat but when I left no one had done anything to the ketchup dispenser yet. Why have one if no one will take the time to fill it?
