This is a great place to order food if you want it messed up. I have ordered the impossible whopper here twice and it’s been messed up three times (the first time it had to be remade twice) with the most basic instructions. No mayo, simply that’s it. They cannot handle basic instruction. I have never been to a Burger King this bad.

Love how this store hasn’t updated its interior. You get this whole 90s vibe from it but its still well kept. The only interior thing Ive noticed that definetly needs updating is their soda machine. Feel its dated for the 70s. Ive eaten here maybe three times and have only had one cashier seem like they hated it there. Everyone else was just going with the flow. The food is your typical Burger King good. I usually order chicken fries and they were perfectly cooked with nice crisp. If they up’d their soda machine it’d be a four star but other than that I do recommend and will be back.

I was so excited when the Cinna Minis came back but so disappointed that the last couple of times I have gotten them they are not completely baked and are doughy. So won’t be wasting my $ anymore.

This is a pretty clean Burger King but it’s your basic Burger King food what we all know and expect from Burger King I’ve tried various burgers but of course the bacon King is my favorite.

Our order was almost $50 and it was all bad. All of the pop tasted like seltzer, the chicken fries were inedible, they tasted like they weren’t done all the way and made yesterday. One of the worst experience with the food at Burger King!

My cashier was friendly and very helpful, but the blonde woman working drive thru was rude and dismissive, not only to me but the cashier as well, I had a special order and she wasn’t familiar with it, she asked the blonde lady for assistance and was ignored on 2 separate occasions, and when I got my order and asked for a fork the blonde rolled her eyes and went to get a fork, the cashier seen me waiting an asked if she could help me, an I told her the other lady was getting me a fork, to which the blonde dropped the fork she already had in her hand and pointed to the cashier where to get a fork…very uncalled for she already had a fork in her hand…an very rude.

I was a regular customer. I get an early lunch and I always come through a little after 10am. I’m always able to get lunch. Well not anymore. The people this morning refused to serve me lunch and told me I had to wait till 10:30. I ask about it because I was shocked because I normally get it the same time every morning. I only to got a rude response. So I’ll be eating else where most days from now on unless… I really want burger king.

Always EXTREMELY slow service and order is NEVER correct. Sadly it is not only at this location but every location in the Tri-State Area. Placed a mobile order the other day, came through the drive through, one truck ahead of us, no one was inside. waited over 5 minutes behind the truck while it was at the window, they had the truck pull off to wait on food. We pulled up to the window, no one addressed us. Over 5 more minutes, someone took food out to the truck, then went back in and was confused as to why we was at the window and I said when I pulled to the speaker a while earlier I said I had a mobile order and was told to pull around, which still confused the person but, after about another 5 minutes finally got food and by the time we got somewhere, we checked the food and it was far from correct. I called about the issue and was told to bring the food and receipt within a few minutes or there was nothing that can be done, but they never provided a paper receipt and said mobile receipt or email did not count. Just awful service, always slow and inaccurate
