To start my wife and I don’t frequent BK that often. We stopped in South Boston VA location, Just traveling through. We don’t know the menu and I had to ask what was on the Bacon King . Stopped in at the BK in South Boston VA. The ladies up front were friendly and smiling and happy to help us.l answered all our questions with a smile! I give them 5 stars. The menu picture of the Bacon King shows two beef patties. Much to my dismay, mine came out with one. In our haste to get back to our travels, AND me not knowing the menu, I had to get home, 1.5 hours away to Google how many patties that burger should have, or else I would had turned around. Now I know, but I’m still hungry.

I was driving home with my kids from Wintergreen Resort, and we were hungry…I had no time to make dinner. The service was amazing.The girls were so friendly and sweet!!! I appreciate having good customer service. They definitely showed Southern hospitality! Thank you, ladies!!!

There is a worker named Ashley that works at this location that is very rude and abrasive. It’s almost like she is trying to fight customers. I’ve seen it numerous times now.

Stopped here on the way to a concert. The food was great; hot and fresh too. The staff was friendly, engaging, and fun to be around. We didn’t wait long for our food. I was impressed at gow quickly we were served and that we were not served food that had been sitting forever. The restaurant itself was very clean. Even the restroom was tidy and clean. I would recommend the restaurant to my friends and family!

It’s been more then three months. The big burger King Street sigh works. The B in the indiual sigh letters is the only one that works. It still gives me the impression it’s poorly maintained. I recommend eat somewhere else.

I know. 5 stars for fast food chain? Yes. And here’s why. The wait in drive-thru for 3 cars ahead of me was FAST. The order was CORRECT. Even the special picky person order. PERFECT. The person taking the order was clear and polite. The cashier was POLITE, friendly with a smile on her face and looked like she genuinely meant it when she told me to have a good day. Whoever is managing this store, you have an EXCELLENT staff and I will be back!

We waited 10 minutes for our food just to receive everything cold other than over salted fresh fries and they forgot the chicken nuggets, for waiting that long they could at least been more professional and friendly instead of playing around where customers can see. As someone who works in fast food I would of at least apologized for the food being late and not just handed it aggressively like she did and shut the window in my face.

This used to be the only local burger restaurant I would eat at. After not getting my breakfast, no money returned, and a manager being non-responsive on a call, I have not returned. I’ve never had such a poor experience with this company. They literally stole my money. I placed a breakfast order in the drive-thru, paid for it, and then was told none of the items were available. I asked for a refund and they couldn’t seem to process it. I was told to come back. I called instead and requested a manager. The female said she was the manager and I told her the situation. 3 minutes of silence followed. I hung up and haven’t been back since. I love the food from BK but this just sent me to McDonald’s. Plus, there is a lawsuit about the burger wrapper being toxic so I’m pretty sure I’m done.

They got my order wrong…no problem. In trying to correct the order it was like it was my fault.
After fixing the pricing issue I received my purchase with no apology, no thank you, no smile. I didn’t know if they were done because they left the window and continued like I wasn’t there.
I loudly said “Thank you!” and drove off. A mile pass the store I found out my drink order was wrong. Deliberate? I don’t know…but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING…EVER…no matter how hungry I am. I specifically drove there, 21 miles, because that Burger King was the nearest establishment during my travel.
I do not patronize establishments where my dollar is valued over my customer service…and no…this had nothing to do with the color of my skin…this had everything to do with poor training and common courtesy.
