The food is usually good and fresh here. I’ve only had a few mess ups but they have no problem making it right. I just hate that they almost always have you pull forward even when there isn’t a line.

I haven’t eaten at a BK in about year or so. I’m pregnant and decided I’d spoil myself with fast food. I felt this visit was a waste of bad calories, time, and money. Here’s why:
The drive-thru line was slowly moving, but I accepted this as them taking their time to make orders. When I finally made my order, I told the lady I wanted a whooper with lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, ketchup, and mayo. No onions. I ended up having to repeat myself, so I did. I went to the first window, the cashier was super nice. Got my receipt (see picture), you’ll notice that she got most of my order correct (didn’t even have pickles or mayo on the receipt) . I decided it wasn’t worth correcting over a couple things, plus, it still would have been good enough. I ate the fries on the way home, which were awesome (crisp, hot). All seemed so promising. When I get home, I open it up, and found that my burger was FAR from correct (see picture). Only cheese, mayo and pickles…. Which is ridiculous considering they didn’t even put mayo or pickles on the receipt and yet those are what I get. I was so disappointed.
I wouldn’t have eaten it if I hadn’t paid for it. I never leave reviews (or fill out surveys.. yeah.. I filled one out) for fast-food, but this mistake was too lazy, disappointing, and a waste. It’s not hard to follow directions on a receipt. I’m never going to this location again.

I’ve come to this Burger King several times lately. They always have great service & great attitudes that help you feel good or feel better than before you came in. The food is good & usually the right temperature. Sometimes the fries are cold, but they still taste good. They always get my order correct. They always get my order to me quickly. The lobby is clean every time I come in. They’ve never locked me out of the lobby, unlike another BK in the area when I came to pick up my order (b/c that one is always understaffed). The employees at this BK seem to take pride in their work and care about their jobs. This is my favorite BK in the area. I know that I’ll have a pleasant visit here regardless of if I get my food to go or dine in.

We decided to eat inside because every time we order through the drive-thru the food is wrong, old, stale and literally, at times, inedible. We figured eating in we could correct any issues, luckily we didn’t have any. The inside was probably 85° – the air conditioner was not on. Waited at the register for quite a bit until we were acknowledged. And, I know I’m just being nitpicky here, the radio was on but there was also a loud speaker or radio of some sort coming from the kitchen rather loudly.

This has happened to me twice in the past month. I go there on a Saturday morning-9:00 – 9:30AM. Order 2 sausage biscuits. They then say we dont have any biscuits. They aren’t making any. Breakfast menu runs till 10:30. There is no customers there. If they aren’t selling them anymore they should take them off of their menu. I’ve decided I’m not going back there again. It’s a waste of time.

I made a online order and waiting 20 minutes for my food so I knocked on the window and then they answered and cussed me out for knocking even tho I was waiting 20 minutes

My wife and I use to go there but over the past Month there Food is as Nasty as the one on Campbell Ave Lynchburg Virginia.. Food is under cooked cold Fries are always cold and soda machine is never filled . All they need now is the Roaches like the Burger King on Campbell Ave and memorial avenue in Lynchburg Virginia

I got the wrong sandwich with my order, took it back to show them, and instead of asking if I wanted to keep it the employee just tossed it in the trash. No apology for giving me the wrong sandwich, he couldn’t understand what the right sandwich was, another employee from the kitchen had to come and ask me what I wanted because this cashier was so incompetent lol just a mess
