My family loves this BK! It’s the best one in Danville. The food is always hot & fresh, this location is always spotless & friendly. Amber is amazing. They were out of a couple of items and she fixed the problem immediately. You can expect the service to be fast here anyway, but especially fast when Amber is working.

they need to do better. i work night shift out in south boston and pass burger king on the way home, who is supposed to start serving breakfast at 4am. its just become an every night thing now that i go thru there about 4:10-4:30 & they are trying to make me wait bc they “haven’t started the food yet” … and i have to go out of my way to go to riverside. it’s just ridiculous to me that they advertise breakfast to start at 4am and then they don’t actually have it ready until damn near 5. on the other hand, riverside always has it ready & they are quick. just a shame i have to go all the way to riverside when im tired and hungry after working all night all because people are too lazy to do their jobs.

Had a wonderful experience today at the drive thru. Jessica and Nevaeh were so very polite and kind. The manager was also very welcoming and it shows that her team respects her. Food was hot and fresh. 10/10 will go back

So glad this location is 24hrs I love coming here, I always eat in on my breaks and they always fast and food is always fresh no matter the time of day it is. The crew here always working together as a team and they are friendly. Keep up the good work! Just told everyone about this location that’s why they always have groups of people!

On March 28,2025. I went through the drive thru with my daughter and we ordered:
– Two Whopper Junior Sandwiches with cheese on both. One with no pickles and plenty of onions.
– One Large Fry
I said to the person to make sure our order was fresh and hot and for them to Cook-To-Order. Keep in mind my daughter was on the clock and we couldn’t call in because she does DoorDash. Anyways, we brought our receipt the next day (today) as she had an order come in from that exact restaurant. The manager on shift was extremely rude and another employee was in the back office talking about it and being disrespectful, rude and highly unprofessional. If they didn’t want this job then they need to find a suitable profession for them. It was uncalled for the way we was treated on today and for this reason we refuse to spend another dime, penny, nickel or dollar for this particular Burger King. We understand the job can be stressful but you can’t HALF do your job. When you have a complaint you should be glad to serve the customer that paid their hard earned money to purchase merchandise. They did not replace all the items. They removed the fries from the bag and was rude. I highly do not recommend this place. Not to mention, it is bug infested and has flies swarming the bathrooms. Ridiculous & uncalled for!!
