The service got the job done, but wasn’t overly helpful. The food was hot a fresh. First time trying the fully loaded breakfast sandwich. Better than I expected.

I ordered 3 whoppers, 3 large fries and 3 double cheeseburgers.The bread was so hard you couldn’t eat it.The fries were old like they had been siting for hours this is a horrible place. You can’t get in touch with anybody to answer ther phone calls. At this point. This place just needs to close down.

Ordered online and order was not ready when I arrived for pick up, and I was asked to wait in the parking lot. I could see some confused staff talking. Soon, a friendly man brought the order to my car but did not have the requested ketsup or the order receipt. The fries were very hot and pleasantly crispy, but the oil had a light off flavor, either of other food, or needed straining or replacement. The two Jr Whoppers were hot, messily placed together, had correct items I had ordered, and were filling. The burgers could have used a little salt, but I don’t know if this was an oversight or if they’re regularly sold unsalted. Overall, average fast food.

They had a person in the drive thru where you order the food blocking it for so long.
Thats probably illegal. Me and another car backed up to go inside because it was taking so long.
And the lady’s excuse was they had a large order and wasnt taking any more orders. So thats why they had that car stay there and block the drive thru.
When she could have had that car move forward to take more orders.
Thats incredibly insane to tell a car to block the drive thru so that they didnt take any more orders. Wow. Terrible Terrible. This is a corporate issue for sure.

My wife and I were there today. October 29th, 2025. Marjorie ordered a Whopper Jr. Sandwich, cini minis, and water. I ordered two Whooper Jrs, and a soft drink. When Marjorie’s cini minis were brought to our table by myself and they were hard, cold, and had no syrup with them. Marjorie said take them back to the front counter and I did. The staff member told the kitchen help to make fresh cini minis with syrup. They did and I took them back to Marjorie. We have ate at this location before and had no problems with the food.

I sat at the drive-thru line and asked for assistance after waiting there for a minute someone finally responded and said will be with you shortly. Then I sat there for another 3 or 4 minutes while I listen to them persons swear at each other. No one came back to help me and take my order I had to back out of the drive-thru Lane. I went and found another restaurant

Didn’t put egg on breakfast sandwiches. Asked for no cheese and got bacon and cheese only. Manager is cursing on the line and visually upset. I love burger king but i will not be back to this one.

Food quality was decent. Im pretty sure the white cheddar whopper is supposed to have white cheddar. Not American or whatever the yellow cheese they used was. Also their prices aren’t accurate on the menu boards. I was charged $1 more (before tax) than the advertised price for the meal deal.

I find it freaking ridiculous that you have to pay over $3 for a large drink!!!! And you don’t need any salt cause they salt their fries with an abundance of salt!!! Not very pleased with my visit!
