Stopped on a road trip for restroom and purchased lunch as a courtesy for service. The dining area seemed cleaned but the bathroom not so much. 3 out of 5 stalls out of service, no towels and the dryer didn’t work. Whooper is a big as I remember… haven’t had one in 20 years. Food was typical for Burger King There were only a few employees. I was paying cash, so I skipped Kiosk ordering, waited about 5 minutes to order and then noticed the many people who ordered by the Kiosk got their food before me. The bathroom was awful. TP all over the floor, half the toilets full and peoples ” personal” business on and in, those. I told the employees, they said, we haven’t gotten to that yet. And walked away.

First, the non-booth seats at this BK are the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever tried to sit in – good luck if you’re not a child or bigger than a size 12 (or have wide hips like myself). Second, who I assume was the manager working on orders was nice to my face but then made fat jokes about my step brother to her colleagues while we were eating (not sure if she thought we couldn’t hear, but dining room was empty so we heard it all). Rudest employees ever at this location! Eating on the line, on cell phone at drive thru talking loud and no one says anything. Stood there for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. As I was leaving the cashier stated that I was rude. Don’t know who owns this location but you you need better employees.

This was the absolute worst BK I have ever been in. Restrooms were absolutely filthy, and had my wife and I seen them before we ate, we would have left without ordering, as the staff preparing the food use these bathrooms also. Hand written “sign” on the counter register “use kiosk”. Kiosk out of ink and receipt/ticket was blank. Food way below usual BK standards.

The food was sub par – cold fries and burger. The dining room was filthy, the kitchen looked just as bad and the bathrooms were terrible. Dining area and cashier area were overrun with flies. You get the feeling the owner has completely given up. Burger King corporate obviously doesn’t care either, or do store visits or assessments. I feel bad for the employees.

This was not a good place to eat but I had my kids and it was raining. The staff didn’t greet us coming in, one of the workers was standing there at the end of the counter on his phone my husband said the table was dirty no one moved to wipe it. I asked the person on the phone can I get a clean rag to clean the table he didn’t even try to come do it or send anyone to do it for me. The bathrooms was horrible black mold everywhere and the building is literally falling apart. The food was the only thing decent. But that will be my last time going to this location and I truly hope no one gets sick including us going there.

This Burger King has by far the WORST lead person named Carlos. Yesterday was the 3rd incident within a months time where he was EXTREMELY RUDE. The second incident was just last week and me being the person I am didn’t want to make a scene being two of the regional managers was at the location and I didn’t want to get my family member (the store manager) in trouble. This has to stop because at this point I actually could have had a lawsuit if I would have taken a bite of that sandwich. I am allergic to mayo yet this is the 3rd sandwich that had mayo when I expressed when placing my order NO MAYO PLEASE AND IT WAS MARKED ON THE WRAPPING PAPER YET HAD MAYO AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PIC. I go in and politely say hey Carlos my sandwich not suppose to have mayo hun he rolls his eyes and turn his back to me I then say so um will it be refixed he says I don’t have time to worry with that right now. I then angrily asked for my $30.29 refund because this situation is really gonna get out of hand. I post the incident on social media only to find out I’m not the only one who has had run ins with this unprofessional employee. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS.
