Got some BK today it was cold I called them and that was very sweet about replacing my order. And I must say the BK is the best one in town. I went back up there and the manager was so sweet and ensuring to get my order back to me hot as possible. That she did. Customer service was outstanding

Ordered onion rings. Come to find out no onion ring sauce. Onion rings were cold. Asked for cheese on whopper, didn’t get it. Didn’t get a receipt. For $13 for one meal would have liked a better experience.

These people at this location are UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered a burger, barely anything on it. I ordered chicken fries at the window and i was refused. When i asked to speak with management for a reason why, i was told it was because It was raining and they weren’t going to bring the food outside. But isn’t that your job ..

Bad attitudes!!! Extremely poor customer service!!! I asked for a fresh sausage patty and instead got a microwaved old a$$ sandwich that their lack of caring selves thought was okay. They mad at their job but work there, do better and stop wasting people time and money. I’ve had two bad experiences and won’t be back for a 3rd. They serve cold and old food!!! Hire a new staff immediately!!!
