We arrived and got our dinner at this burger king. We noticed it was a down time and took us about 10 minutes to get our meal. Had time to kill and waited patiently. The staff for the most part was courteous and professional and our order was spot on. Thanks for the professionalism and good service, please keep up the good work!

This Burger King messed up my delivery order EVERY SINGLE TIME! So much so that they said on the app that I have exceeded my allowed number of adjustments. This is problematic to me because there would BE NO ADJUSTMENTS IF THEY WOULD MAKE THE FOOD RIGHT! I’m SICK of the spineless managers who sit there and say ok and DO NOTHING to address the issue! My niece is autistic and this is her favorite place to eat but I don’t have a car so I order delivery and they have messed up my last FOUR ORDERS!
And today the manager had the audacity to hang up on me! Customer service is just as important as food quality and right now it’s at ZERO FOR BOTH! I have to UBER THERE TO GET MY ORDER CORRECTED WHICH IS RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING I PAID FOR DELIVERY! I’m SICK SICK SICK of this place. If it wasn’t for my niece I would NEVER GO AGAIN!

This used to be a fast place to get lunch with the level of food you would expect from a BK. But the past few times I stopped by the service has slowed down a bit and the food quality has dropped. Nugs tasted burnt, the burger taste like it was old and microwaved. The tomato was hot. The employees are friendly though.

I placed an online order and I arrived at 10:30 PM and the manager (Dee) notified me that the store was closed. Online stated that the store closes at 11:00 PM. Customer service was terrible as I was notified to request a refund online via the app as the staff laughed and waved.

If the stud with the missing tooth is working GOOD LUCK. She had a horrible attitude for no reason at all. She acted as if she was mad I decided to eat at her Burger King. She literally got into a dispute with a car in front of me. The cops were called. The caucasian young lady handing the food out looked as if she wanted to scream “SAVE ME”. This business is doomed if she continues to run it.

The manager Dee said they don’t have any bills over a $10 bill and couldn’t break a $50 when our order was $14 which would have gave us back $35 and change. It’s a shame a Burger King restaurant doesn’t have $35 it’s sad honestly
