This location doea a great job every time. I e been a handful of times now and every time my order has been correct, the food was freshly prepared and hot, and the staff was very friendly. Ive never waited an insane amout of time or experienced a staff member who clearly didnt want to be there like some competors near by. Meals seemed to be priced im the same range as other local locations of the same type.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered an 8 piece jalapeño bite, when I drove off, I ate two, realized it was not what I ordered, had to go back through the line,told them what happened, no apologies, no nothing, the they asked for it back, so I have it to them, they then gave me only 5 jalapeño bites, I said I ordered 8, they said you only get back what you returned. I only ate 2 so that would be 6 and I wouldn’t have known it the right order if I had not eaten one, because they look. Great customer service BK. What a joke

Only giving it a 2 because my prior experiences over the years had been great. But yesterday was unacceptable. I got shorted not once by twice in the same day.

Before my shift I bought the 8 count of chicken fries and received only 7. I chalked it up as a simple error. A one time occurrence. Disappointing but correctable. I went back around 7:00 to get a 12 count on my work break. I opened the container in the break room and counted only 11.

Once is an aberration, twice is a trend. Had I not been at work myself and under time constraints I would’ve definitely asked for management. Either I was deliberately shorted or the employee preparing the chicken fries is careless in not adding the correct amount. It will be a while before I return as a customer.

My 6 yr old son and I stopped here to try the Pink Lemonade Slushie, and also to have our usual favorites. He had his bacon cheeseburger, fries, & nuggets. I had the rodeo burger and Mozzarella sticks. When we ordered, we ordered in and ate it at the comfy lounge area while watching the news. They even had hidden valley ranch packets to go, & it was awesome!

I will unfortunately never visit this establishment again. As a veteran of the United States Marine Core, I was pretty upset by my visit so close to Veterans Day. Just wanted a quick Sunday morning breakfast before getting to work. Kelsie, my cashier wasn’t the friendliest, but my guest and I overlooked that. She is young and perhaps hadn’t acquired her common courtesy or respect for others yet. After waiting about 10 minutes for a few sandwiches, I got back out of my vehicle (I ordered inside) to go back in when I realized the 4 orders of hash rounds weren’t hot. This is an age old fast food dilemma……when you have to wait on sandwiches or other food, you expect your fries, hash browns and other side items to be as hot and fresh as the items you had to wait on. I simply wanted help from the manager, who spoke to me with her back turned, not an exaggeration, which upset me more. While I’m trying to speak with the manager, Kelsie rudely cut in and answered the manager FOR ME. Ugh…. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I ended up by leaving with cold food that was purchased, complete disregard from the cashier AND the manager and a bad taste in my mouth. If you are a veteran, please consider boycotting this Burger King location. I’m still disgusted by the treatment here. And if anyone from corporate reads this, what kind of a manager turns her back on a customer when they are trying to resolve an issue? This occurred at 10:22am on Sunday, November 18, 2018.

The girl at the window had a blase attitude. But that’s not unusual at some restaurants. My bacon egg and cheese croissant appeared to be missing the bacon. It had to be one strip cut in half. It would be nice to get a breakfast sandwich somewhere close to the picture for the price is a lil high. Since the burgers have never failed.

Ordered a classic melt delivered. Size of a hockey puck with dry patties and cheese. Called store for a replacement. I don’t care about the delivery fee and the fact I had to drive there. Because I didn’t rewrap and RETURN the sandwich was essentially told SOL. Guarantee they started the replacement and will trash it. $7 sandwich huh
