Ordered food from this location on grubhub, 4 meals and a side. An hour later I received 2 drinks and some fries. I called the store and a manager answered me, assured me it was not the stores fault, even through the bag was sealed, that they would not be replacing my missing items because this mistake wasn’t coming out of his pocket. He was rude and not only talked over me but talked down to me. Save your money for a place that treats their customers better, im out almost $100 and my time, my kids will be eating late tonight but I learned my lesson and will just cook them a healthy dinner tonight.

830 J Clyde Morris. I have had one of my worst experiences here. I was trying to use the App to purchase food for the family but this turned into something totally different. I met the most disrespectful manager (Daniel) I have seen in the restaurant business. I had Amber a employee of this establishment tried to help me the best she could. She explained it was a third party app. She helped me with my phone. She took me to the Kiosk. She was very nice. Then I asked to speak with a manger. She had to search the store to find him. It took awhile just for her to locate him. He comes up and states that its a third party app and basically cant help me. Told me to reset my phone. He walks off to help someone that he had known trying to get a job there. Dismissed me. So I waited. Then he comes back and states is everything o.k. That is when I explained to him that it wasn’t cause he basically walk out my face while I had a problem with the Burger King App. All I kept hearing was its a third party App and if we don’t have the number we cant help you. So I asked. Are your telling me that your not going to help me?? He states yes and that’s when I walked off. In a Customer Service Field you never walk out a customer face. So disappointed at this Burger King.

A small breakfast sandwich ,a number 4 was going to be over 10 dollars. Small things of tots two biscuits and a meat slapped in the middle and orange juice. Overpriced for such a small meal. I was told all my options for drinks but they didnt tell me until I had to pay that drink options are an upcharge. I ended up leaving with nothing and went somewhere else for breakfast. Fast food companies are being sneaky and greedy.

We went through the drive thru. The manager had work a long shift and the staff did not drop our fries. So we waited so long and was talking and goofing around. I could tell he was tired but made the best of the situation. The customer service was excellent and they made sure the food was fresh and hot once everything was done. They were very accommodating and I would definitely go back once we visit Virginia again.

Worst Burger and Fries I’ve ever had. Yes, we came shortly before the restaurant closed but you cannot give your customers the food that was sitting there all day. It was not edible anymore. The bread and fries were cold and stale, the bun was dry and hard. I’ve just wanted to have some dinner after being on the road for 14 hours. Very upsetting

They make their food quickly, it always comes out right, and the staff is really nice. The lobby is decorated all cute with ocean vacation themed stuff and they play oldies on the speakers too so it’s fun to eat there if you’re feeling like a treat.

Went ordered 3 different meals the one no tomato had extra the impossible wasn’t cooked and they decided to no bacon the bacon king with onion no tomato and add tomato but not onions went back and everything was made 110% correct short staffed with 3 employees dont be me gave some patience

Very impressed with the friendliness and speed. They had my special value 2cheeseburger fry and drink ready by the time I finished selecting my beverage. Everything tested as should, especially considering it was $3.96 with tax. It’s a shame this place gets forgotten as they do a good job and have a good playground for kids
