Went through the drive-thru. This facility is attached to a gas station on a very busy corner of Rt. 460. The gas station is not the newest but it has plenty of parking as well as ways to enter/exit. The BK employee was efficient, fast, and courteous. Food came quickly, correctly, and was tasty. No complaints!

I didn’t like how the atmosphere felt when I came in to order food! The employees were not polite and didn’t seem to have any desire for customer care when ordering food. Seemed like everyone was tired of being there! I will not ever go back. The food prices are way different from the Burger King in Franklin! There was a 3 dollar difference!

Some of the staff are great, others not so great. There is management issues as they are looking for a new manager and it shows with some of the staffs attitudes. The review is focused to the evening service/staff. Was a repeat customer and they barely act like they remembered us ever. Food takes forever to be made in times it clearly shouldn’t, at times it’s understandable to take more time based on variables like food type, number of customers and number of staff. I ordered 2 chick-kings and one was served with 1/3 a patty and when my fiancée asked nicely if it was correctly made they said yes even seeing the pathetic patty. It took me going back up and being more assertive about the issue needing to be corrected for a premium sandwich. 6 staff members where just looking dumbfounded and not saying anything to help correct the issue…. It took the cook to come around and see it where he apologized and offered to remake it, which I ranked him and appreciate him taking the initiative with customers service. Also the App doesn’t work for ordering here about 10% the time.

Wow, I was at Burger King in Windsor and ordered a sandwich. I was $1.63 short, and Dave at the Drive Thru reached in his wallet and paid it for me! I was in shock, but so damn pleased on many levels. This young man sure made my day, and showed there is some goodness left in this world.
