I have to tell you I use coupons when ever I can. So yesterday on the way to run errands I stopped to get my grandsons a treat for lunch. The people there were friendly. The store was the cleanest I’ve seen a burger king.. the food was fresh and hot. However there was a mistake on my bill. This was Not the fault of the person who rung me up, it was the computer making an error.. I wasnt mad or upset. I noticed it after we were given our food. I went back up to the register and asked to have the person who rung me up to look at it. He did and explained to me what happened. He asked for assistance to refund the money owed to me. This all took a matter of a few minutes. They apologized .gave me back the coupon I used. It was refreshing to have such wonderful people taking care of the issue and serving us.. I will go back there again.. thank you to the team there you guys are amazing..

Has a nice play area that is much cleaner than others in the area. Patti is the best. She is super friendly and always greets myself, my friend, and our children by name. The rest if the employees are just as wonderful. They are so friendly and the food is always fresh. I usually don’t like BK at all but I love this one.

First time I have ever seen burnt fries at any fast food place, chewy and unable to be eaten. Our dogs didn’t even like them. Chicken sandwich bun was stale and chicken dry and burnt. Abd they cannot add money worth a darn. Two lazy kids working. We will never go to that location again.

Worst fast food dining experience ever! John and I were furniture shopping and wanted something quick. We went to the Burger King at Patterson and Gayton. My chicken was so old and tough I couldn’t barely bite in to it. John’s burger was dripping in grease (outside of the bun was soaked). We didn’t even bother throwing it away. We just got up and left. #burgerking=food poisoning #hopeIdon’tgetsick!

10 minutes before I could order because they were too backed up. Another 20 minutes to get my food. Kid’s nuggets were lukewarm and burnt. Burger was cold and most of the drinks were out. I told them and they said ok and went back to staring at each other waiting for an order to finish.

Every time I go into the Patterson location, they get my order wrong. I ordered the #7 Breakfast Sandwich, which was supposed to have Bacon, Sausage, Egg & Cheese, There was NO BACON on my sandwhich. Also the phone # 754-0543 sends you to a Fax machine… And you guys want $15.00/hr. Not worth minimum wage

Very unhappy with the service. I ordered a Whopper Jr. with cheese everything. I orders a bacon cheeseburger with no mustard, lettuce, tomato or onion. I got at Whopper Jr. with bacon, mustard, no tomato, lettuce or onion. I got a Bacon Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle.
I asked the server to repeat it back to me three times. They still got it wrong.

The staff is not really nice but I would not sat they are rude. The food takes longer than what it should take. Not really clean all the times.
