The whopper was trash. It was not hot or warm. It was cold. Fries were rush cooked . Not really any flavor on anything. The service was great. But the food was a waste of money.

I always treat people respectfully, say please and thank them after my order, my drink and food. When I arrived at the window, I smiled and said Hi. The girl looked at me with disgust and closed the window in my face. Then when who I believe is a manager walked by she opened the door and took my card. He must have caught on because he replaced her at the window to give me my food. Very disappointing. I’d understand if I was a rude or any customer but that was not the case.

The customer service in this place is horrible. I was waiting for a very nasty cashier with gold and pink Conrow braids, kind of heavy set medium light brown to give me my drink which she sat in the window. When I asked for the drink she ignored me several times before the drink literally fell out of the window. They looked and continued on. I ended up having to leave without a drink. I had been there twice that day and each time she was rude, nasty, and seemed like she had a teenage attitude. Very disgusting. I don’t see who would have hired her

I think Burger King is slept on compared to McDonalds and Wendys. Everything tasted awesome, the burgers have that flame-broiled thing going on so that was delightful. Everything in the order was correct (We bought food from the closest McDonalds and Wendys to do a comparison, and this Burger King was the only one to have that be true). They were patient with us when we were a bit weird in the drive-through, which was nice.

Horrible customer service, yelling at me to use the drive thru. There are no signs that say drive thru only and everything online indicates you can go in. Manager was rude, everyone was rude. Would be better off if the building was town down.

This establishment is special to say the least. Not sure who does the hiring here but this place could use a serious revamp. As a truck driver there are no drive thru’s that a truck can fit thru. As I tried to explain this to the employees at this establishment, I was ignored. I wasnt even denied service, just totally ignored. Kinda sad. I feel the correct way to handle this would have been for me to pull over and possible meet by the window where the exchange could take place. However the children that work here lack in the customer service department. I would advise others to not waste their time
