I had a very disappointing experience at this location today at the drive-thru. The employee assisting me was rude and unprofessional. She did not respond to my greeting, did not say thank you after I paid and tipped, and closed the window abruptly while I was speaking.
I politely asked for ice cream and was told to go back around and re-enter the line, even though there were no other cars waiting. After going back to the order screen, I was then told that ice cream was unavailable — something that could have been communicated at the window.
As someone who works in customer service myself, I understand that jobs can be stressful, but basic courtesy and respect should always be maintained. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the customer experience

I arrived at this location and was ignored while I was at the window waiting. The staff was busy on their cellphones. I was told that their order window was closed. I told them that I’m calling corporate. I took a picture of the address so that I can call corporate and the man at the window cursed me out! I’m a business owner in the area and I know the laws on taking pictures in a retail area. I can take pictures. The man was yelling at me while he had a customer in a car serving him. Burger King do better please when you hire employees. I would never speak to one of my customers that way. The employee also needs to know that the customer is why he has a job! Also he said he would sue me for placing his picture here! This is why Burger King has their reviews open for pictures so that we the customers can report employees who are rude to customers. All I wanted was to place my order at a restaurant that I’ve been supporting for years. They didn’t even wash their hands when I saw them on their phones. I’m glad they denied me service. The line of cars was around the corner while they were on their phones!

Y’all this is the best Burger King in town. The staff is always so friendly and service is FAST! The burgers are consistently made carefully and exactly how you requested. The fries are hot, crispy, and fresh. They have real brewed ice tea! I really don’t see any reason to get fast food anywhere else!

I had a gift card they had to type in, and the manager a white woman with piercings on her face said it’s not going through… A man put the number in at this same location previously… just because she didn’t know how, she should have at least given me my meal for FREE! Horrible customer service, and yes I had money on the gift card, I had to drive to a whole different location, and it went through just fine!

Burger King employees were very helpful even when showing me how to work the BK Coupon app. We had a small hiccup with the order, however the way they handled the situation was very professional and courteous. Will return

Typical burger king, it’s hit or miss with the service or what they have to order. The food is middle of the road and half the time the people who work there are bearable. It’s frustrating their prices are so high for a simple burger or meal.

Window service. By the time I got to the window she had forgotten my order. Repeated, then held me at the first window to make it seem like they were doing fast service on the service window with their timer. Food was cold. Forgot the sundae and an order of nuggets. Then the employee came out cussing right by my toddler. I know it isn’t located in the best area of Richmond, but dang, at least try.
