0 out of 5. Lobby is never open, and drive-through is slower than molasses. I once even saw them closed really early (4pm) and an employee had parked their car at the drive-through, so they looked open. When I try to pick up food for Door Dash, they want me to wait in the 15 car deep drive-through. Staff is rude and don’t seem to know what they are doing or care. Put Charlottesville out of our misery, and tear the place down. Then maybe something worth anything can go in there instead. They really need new management. I will never go to this location, even for work. It’s sad because I like BK. I guess I’ll just go to the one on 29 by Med Express.

I am definitely a Burger King girl. Staff was friendly but seemed to spend more time socializing with each other than trying to get the orders done. And I had to go back through the drive through because one of the drinks they gave me was incorrect.

This location is sometimes good other times awful. Once when their inside was closed they forgot half my order at the drive through window and then expected me to get into the back of a giant line to wait again to get them to fix their mistakes. I refused and banged on the door until a manager would talk to me. They fixed the problem but it was a big hassle.

The service was awful the people were not friendly, the bun and chicken was cold, dry and couldn’t be eaten. However one of the managers had time to smoke and be on the phone talking with friends outside of the restaurant doors Instead of checking the quality of the food and this is the poorest excuse for a burger king

Lights were off and wet floor signs blocking drive through, you could see staff inside on their phones getting paid not to work at 8:00pm.

Excellent service! Best Burger King I have ever visited nationwide! Fast and friendly service at the drive through. My food came out fast and hot. I think the pretty girl at the window liked my Colorado license plate because she told me to “have a nice day” and then as I was driving off she told me again to “have a VERY nice day”! I will definitely be back to eat again here!

Closed at 3:30 on a Sunday with no sign on the door. I understand things happen but yelling “We’re closed” is probably not the best way to inform the customer.
