Quite possibly the worst food service experience I’ve ever received. On multiple occasions. Avoid like the plague.
Always “short staffed”
If you choose to come here, expect incredibly rude service and to wait in the drive through line for 30 minutes, just to be told to drive around front to wait another 30 minutes for them finally bring out cold food to you.
This has occurred on several occasions. Only reason I keep giving this location chances is because it is so close to my house. Never again.
Please do not support this location with your business, they so very clearly do not value you.

Reference ppl. By color. The old white women, the white guy with glasses. Etc. Waited in the store after placing an App. Order 20. Min. I was the old white women. And ppl walking in got there order. Even placed in restaurant order and was served. “A old white man” came in and had been in his car 30 min. The manger was : we yelling we only have one cook. 10 more min. His order was given to him.. finally I approached the counter for one whopper .and politely said how much longer my number was 98. They were at 110. And they had already left. Finally 98 . Which had been sitting up there for 15 plus min.it was cold and nasty. I get being shorthanded. But I am more than a old white women ordering a whopper.

The service was awful the people were not friendly, the bun and chicken was cold, dry and couldn’t be eaten. However one of the managers had time to smoke and be on the phone talking with friends outside of the restaurant doors Instead of checking the quality of the food and this is the poorest excuse for a burger king

This place is close to my house and every time I try I get bit. Went by at 11:30am no line ordered. Woman behind the mic was laughing it up and I had to order three times..large coke and and bacon dub cheeseburger. just under 8 bucks Order on screen was correct. Got to the window and handed my drink took a drink…flat as a table and poor taste. Asked woman for another but she knew all drinks were flat (WHY SERVE THEM) Told I could not have refund I was ticked she handed my bag and took a quick look in. On top was a a small FF thought that was a “sorry” add on only to find that that was the ONLY thing in the bag. So 8 bucks no drink no burger and no one cares…. Never again Im done

This Burger King at 5th Street has received a mix of reviews, but I had a fantastic experience. The guy at the drive-thru was awesome—he made my day with his positive and welcoming attitude. Great customer service all around, and it really stood out how he greeted customers so positively. It’s not every day you get such great service! Despite a few other mixed reviews about service efficiency and order accuracy, my visit was smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

I am vegetarian, I treat myself at least every two weeks. The people that work there during drive-thru have been the most positive happy souls that I have come across. Sweet and inspiring people. They also make my Impossible very good. I am not thrilled with the one on 29n and will never go to Zion’s both have made me throw my Impossible away but 5th street is the best!

I loved my experience at this location of Burger King. I had stopped by around 7pm on Feb. 20th, 2025. I have not been to a Burger King in forever. I’m going to admit, I was hesitant because I am a picky eater. But, I have nothing but positive things to say. Not only about the food, but the customer service from the two gentlemen that worked the drive thru that night. I had a rough day at work and they gave me a wonderful ending to my day!
