Order on the app and I went to speaker told them I was there to pick up a mobile order and all they said was they are still working on it and to pull around didn’t ask my name or anything. Got to the window and told them I was picking up an order and someone came to the window and told me to pull around to the other side of the building by the door and they will bring it out. I sat there for almost 15 mins to finally have to go inside myself and one of the workers asked what I needed and when I told her I was picking up an order and was told to wait by door she turned around and my order was sitting on their back counter the whole time I was waiting. No apology or anything just gave me my order and said have a good night. Obviously food was cold and was missing and item when I got home. Awful service

My son went there on Sunday and ordered a number 9 and they gave him a number 1 and then gave him a second sandwich and both were plan when I went in to speak with the young girl she said she heard a #1 and thr the extra sandwich.the manger started talking and said he was standing close to her and that he heard # 1, he stood there and when he was done with his speech he told us that we shouldn’t not come back to that restaurant. That Manger Was Very Rude.

The food was fine and service speedy, but the restaurant was filthy. Paper all over a floor that looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days. The upholstery on the booth, closest to the food counter, was torn to shreds. I didn’t check any of the other seats – I just got my order and left as quickly as I could.

I wish I’d gone through the drive thru. I would have been spared the front and center (directly behind employee taking my order) hollering between 2 employees, one of which appeared to be on some sort of stimulant as evidenced by her skin on bone appearance, speed talking and shaking hands. They were complaining about other employees, who were apparently not in attendance. It would have been comical, as they were going on and on about how lazy the others were, if not for the fact that they themselves were not doing a thing while the only other employee there was doing all the work. The interior was also in dire need of cleaning or at least a bit of serious tidying up. I cannot even consider returning.

Ordered chicken fries and french fries and my food is very stale and soggy. It seems as if they gave me food that was sitting on the hot plate for a really long time and not freshly fried. Incredibly disappointing, it’s honestly so bad it’s not even edible.
