I order 3 Double whopper bacon cheeseburger and I seen they were making them with No Gloves On. I would just like to know that they are being clean while making food and that management is on top of these type of things. I personally won’t be ordering food from this establishment again.

Burgers were not cooked all the way they were pink, all of the hamburgers were cold they were not cooked and the cheese was not melted it was cold and pink.. machine all drinks are flat and don’t taste like Coke or any other drinks don’t taste like it . bathrooms are totally gross,,,,,, I can go all day about Winchester and their bathrooms Winchester is very good for having gross bathrooms Chipotle Burger King McDonald’s Wendy’s Denny’s IHOP Red Robin GOLDEN CORRAL SHEETZ all these restaurants bathrooms are horrible but that’s another story.. and overall store was not clean too much gossip going on in the back kitchen leaking out into the public sitting in the restaurant… the $30 that I spent should have been only $5 I told them about the burger being pink nobody even tried to make it up in any shape or form…. this is not the first second or third time this has happened this is probably like the fifth time within a couple of months and that’s with me complaining that the burgers were pink they need to be cooked more if I get sick today I know where it came from I was halfway through when I noticed it on the Whopper and the double cheeseburgers were right behind it

Worst place for breakfast . The service not the friendliness they act like they didn’t want to take our order. When we received our food very greasy and the oil fryer had not been changed in while you can taste the dirtiest. Our drinks were the worst for the soda I couldn’t enjoy my drink with two sips before I dump it on the side because of the soda carbonated. Martinsburg Pike Burger King is worst. Don’t waste your money.

The girl at the counter was nice and that was the only positive part of this experience. She rang is up for shakes because she didn’t know the shake machine was down. The manager wouldn’t just give us the refund in cash and said it had to go back on my debit card but instead of refunding just the shakes she refunded the entire order ($29) and charged us again for the rest of the food($22) and told me to expect the refund to my debit card in 3-5 business days. As if that wasn’t distasteful enough, I took my food to the table and the cheese on my whopper w cheese was on top of all the lettuce tomato onions and pickle, so the cheese was ice cold and solid.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We went through the drive through for lunch on September 25th at 12pm and the woman taking orders for the drive through was extremely rude to my husband. She was talking to him in a very rushed monotone voice as he placed our order. My husband kindly asked that she treat him like a human and not be so rushed and short with him and she got super rude and said she doesn’t have to serve us and to leave !!!! I will never go to this Burger King ever again. Worst drive through experience ever.

Food at this location is beyond terrible. Staff is extremely rude. If you ask them to make your meal fresh they say they can’t do that. ( Which is untrue ) with what fast food is trying to charge for their meals nowadays I expect what I pay for to be good. I don’t want something that has sat in the warmer for the last 3 hours. If I’m going to pay $10 for a hamburger I want it to be edible and also not to look like it was thrown against the wall right before giving it to me.

Best server EVER at a fast food restaurant. Mr. Tony we believe is his name was so enthusiastic and even if he did not like his job or was having a bad day we could not tell. He was very kind and helpful making sure our order was correct and even up selled us with cookie by telling us they were freshly made today. If more Fast Food restaurants had Mr Tony’s the would have more business.
