If I could give zero stars I would. So absolutely disgusting and unhygienic to receive a cheeseburger that had a bite taken out of it. When I took the bun off to remove the pickle as I always do, the meat patty had a bite taken out of it. Who in the world do you have working there that this is what they would do. The second patty underneath was perfectly fine so at some point, somebody bit the patty before putting it on the burger and finishing the job

I recently had a fantastic lunch experience at Burger King with my family. The cashier was incredibly polite, efficient, and helpful. The store was spotlessly clean, and the menus were easy to navigate. There were plenty of signs advertising specials and deals, making it easy to find something for everyone.

What an amazing experience! The customer service was outstanding, every single employee was kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful. My kids were treated like royalty, and it truly made our day. You can tell these individuals take real pride in what they do. Honestly, people probably go to that store just to be helped by them! They absolutely deserve a raise and recognition for their exceptional service and attitude.

So I took my elderly sister to breakfast and we had planned on dining in the restaurant. But within minutes of ordering our food the kitchen staff started blaring super loud music, heavy metal music with cuss words. The manager was there and she did nothing about it. Upon getting our food, we took it to the car to eat and minutes later the cook went to his car , where he sits to enjoy marijuana. Very sad and what made it worse is our food was made wrong. We ate what we could and left. Never again

I know Michael has been there over a decade but hes the pinnacle of customer service. Whoever owns this establishment should be giving him a raise. Or he should be earning atleast the price of 2 employees considering his skills. He’s a staple to the community and you all should reward/promote him

I’ve frequently been to this place when McDonalds was backed up. I guess it’s not my go to as the prices at BK always seemed higher but I guess you get what you pay for. I’ve chose to get some double croissantwiches this morning. Excellent!

Clean place with friendly faces fast service not busy at all with plenty of tables available some kids enjoying the play area not too noisy. The place is very welcoming and has a good atmosphere I enjoyed my burger and fries, first one in a while. Bathroom is very roomy and clean no paper towels to dry your face just an air dryer for your hands. Overall I enjoyed the visit and will stop again if the urge for a quick hot meal arises.

Michael the “Team Lead”, can turn almost anyone’s day around with their customer service. He was patient, positive & caring for everyone he spoke to. All of the staff we spoke to were positive & cheerful as well! The world could use more people like Michael!
