I’ve been coming here on the occasion I’m yearning for a Whopper for a few years now… I don’t come often though, about once every 6 months and I always enjoy my visit. The restaurant’s dining room is always clean and really nicely decorated, especially during the holiday season.
The service is always mediocre at best… they hire young teens who don’t seem to be too enthused and they always act as if I’m bugging them when I place an order… as bad as that might be, I don’t let it discourage me, because the food is decent.

On January 6, 2026 I went for a burger at this location, there was a lady in front of me arguing with two cashiers about coupons, I spend 7 minutes waiting after that time where they ignored me, I decided to leave without ordering. Unfortunately this is the nearest location to my home but almost every time I go there there is an issue, sometimes providing the wrong products.
The owners of this franchichise do not provide any training to their employees because same specific issues happen every time I stop there. Poor and careless service is their daily routine.

I’m not sure in what world it would make sense for owners/management to decide to understaff and overwork their employees but I wouldn’t be returning to this location. I went inside because I needed to wash my hands anyway, there’s one cook and one cashier. I stood there and watched her continuously take drive thru customers though I was in the store before they came. She acknowledged me after the first drive theu order was being filled saying “I’ll be right with you,” no eye contact just a brief acknowledgement. After the 4th new order, I just left and went somewhere else.

Happy Birthday Burger King! This birthday pie is delicious. I think the best part is the pie crust. It taste good and a vanilla flavor. The birthday cake icing was good. I wonderful if it was ice cream because it taste frozen and creamy.

Get your drive-through speaker fixed. I don’t know if it’s actually broken or the people working were just playing with me and didn’t want to make food. But I said my order very clearly three times through the drive through and could hear the worker perfectly and after everytime I repeated myself, he just kept saying “oh, sorry, what was that?” After the third time I drove away and went next door to taco bell. This is why there is never anyone here or in this drive through. Get it together.

Ordered a Bacon King on mobile order counter for pick up today. Sandwich remained wrapped until I sat down at home to eat. Before I ate, I put up my hair and wore a head garment.
Explain to me how over halfway through eating my burger, I find a long HAIR infused with the patty?? Nasty!!
Tried to call the store, but it’s a busy signal. Submitted a refund request through the app but will wait 24 – 48 business hours for a response.
They get 2 stars because other food items were correct and clean. But we still have 1 burgers to open…

I don’t go to this location often but every time I do at least one of my items is old, like unable smh they never put any sauce in the bag even though it’s right there on the online order ticket and definitely check your bags before pulling off because Evey time there is something missing!

I come to this location often and place a large order. The food is always perfect, but I am boycotting this location because of the morning manager on duty. She is tall, Caucasian, and has very, very short hair. I have witnessed her run off paying customers because they are homeless. They purchased items and were enjoying them outside, and she rudely told them that they had to leave.
If you have a vehicle, you can use the parking lot, but if you don’t have a car, apparently you can’t use the sidewalk. The male manager above her is always pleasant, kind, and courteous to all the customers, homeless or not, but when he is not there, she goes on a tyrannical power trip against homeless customers, as if their money is worth less than everyone else’s. She doesn’t just trespass the homeless or run them off, she then proceeds to brag about it to the customers inside the restaurant, as if it were something to be proud of. As a frequently high-paying customer, I would rather spend less at Chipotle and not witness her crusade against our own countrymen. I have never seen such inhumane and unprofessional customer disservice in my life.
In addition to her hatred of underprivileged paying customers, I have heard her tell a male customer that she “can’t wait to go home and shower.” I find that gross, inappropriate, and unappetizing – to say the least. She is the worst employee I have ever encountered at any Burger King location. No wonder Taco Bell across the street is doing so much better than Burger King. Perhaps other customers find her as morally grotesque as I do.

My Family and I used the drive thru, we ordered our food no issue. We pay for our food receive our order, which was correct food is passed out I’m driving I open mine at the light and begin eating. I get about half way done pull the wrapper down some and notice part of the bun missing. I figure the bread pulled away and there was a piece missing. I look a little closer and hand it to my sister to investigate since I’m driving and she reply’s there is a huge bite taken out of your burger! The patty bread lined up perfectly. I wanted to throw up knowing someone had done that. This Burger King is on our way home. We stop go in they act like it’s no big deal and refund our meal. The health department was contacted they stated Burger King said it got stuck in the toaster, but the patty had the same bite out of it! Someone is lying and it’s just nasty I hope which ever employee did it ended up being fired…lay eyes on all food you get esp if it’s drive thru. The circled part I didn’t touch
