All the reviews about the wait times are 100 percent correct. It takes an eternity whether your inside or the drive thru. When inside, theres only 2 people cooking and someone with headphones doing jack all. I ordered on the app to “skip the wait” what a joke. It took 30 mins with only 3 customers inside???

The drive thru just a bad. I sat in line so long i watched cars behind me turn around. I guess whoever has the headset really isnt working. The food is fine, when the rememeber the order. Its a toss up if i get all the items. Safe to say I’m not coming back but whoever is in charge aint getting these reviews. No matter what time of the year or day, its still the same. Burger King corp should sweep this place off the map

P.s: im writing in this in line in real time and we have discovered they alternating between 1 car and 1 inside customer meaning they are SEVERELY understaffed.

This is literally the most incompetent fast food crew I’ve ever seen. I genuinely can’t put it into words how slow and unfriendly these guys are. It took 10 minutes for one guy to take my order at the counter, and took 46 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I ordered food.

I ordered a whopper with medium fries. This should be the easiest meal to make, yet this crew never managed to even get to it.

I saw bags and bags of orders just waiting to be severed, but they never went anywhere. Who’s managing these guys?

Full offense, these guys suck. Don’t go to this location. They are untrained, unprepared, slow, and unfriendly.

Excellent Service!

I had an amazing experience at Burger King thanks to Andrew, a military gentleman who truly went above and beyond. He greeted us with a big smile on his face, provided outstanding service, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so courteous, professional, and genuinely kind. Thank you, Andrew, for making our visit exceptional! I will definitely be returning.

**Extremely slow service.**
I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru with only 4 cars ahead of me. Completely unacceptable for fast food. Time is valuable, and we were stuck in traffic with places to be. If I wanted to wait this long, I would have made a reservation at a sit-down restaurant

This was by far one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The service was absolutely terrible. The crew seemed completely uninterested in being there and moved incredibly slow. It took us about 25 minutes just to reach the ordering booth. Then, once we got to the window to pay and pick up our food, it was another 20 minutes of waiting.

I specifically ordered an Impossible Burger, yet they added bacon to it—which defeats the entire purpose of ordering an impossible burger. They also didn’t even bother to ask what drink I wanted and just handed me a Coke. When I pointed out the mistakes, I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to refund, recharge, and remake the sandwich. Meanwhile, several staff members were literally standing around on their cell phones.

By the time I finally got home to eat, my food was cold. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and money. I will never be returning to this location.

So I pulled up to drive thru speaker, someone is at the window, so I know they’re open. Waited about 5 minutes, no “hello”, no “I’ll be right with you”.. car at window pulls off. I’m over here like “what is going on…” I see drive thru worker pop his head out the window say something. I pulled up to window. Says “name for order?” I say “I’ve been waiting almost 10 minutes just to be acknowledged!” He shuts window, goes on and takes the next persons order at speaker.. I’m about to freak out ya’ll.. after he done he does take my order, after I pull off I open bag to get a fry or 2, they cold, (not surprised it is midnight) anyway, get home to find my Bacon King, is more like a Double Prince w/ bacon.. look. Rant over, please BK do better..

They are knowingly serving just soda syrup on machine has no carbonation I told the manager up front and she just looked at me and smiled and said I don’t speak English. I’m watching them handle everybody’s food without gloves. Our food took 20 minutes and was still cold. Perhaps if they spend more time working and not laughing on their phones would be better service

My bestie helped me kick off my birthday week celebration by buying me a triple whopper and onion rings. And of course we wore our burger king crowns! It has been a very long time since I had Burger King and the food was pretty good. Not something I want to eat on a regular basis but for an occasional fun treat it is good. I saw alot of negative reviews for this particular store but we had a nice time just hanging out eating our burgers and sharing fries. The workers were perfectly kind and gave me my order in a timely manner. It’s Burger King so set your expectations realistically and just have a good time chilling. Life is too short to let missing ketchup packets ruin your day or mood. And also, please be kind to all service workers. There is no reason to be rude.

This Burger King location is among the least satisfactory I’ve visited. The manager’s demeanor is lazy and disrespectful. He presents himself as a tough individual and frequently wears headphones, reminiscent of a pilot.
