Ordered whopper with no mayo, ketchup, mustard (no condiments) I got ketchup!! The girl at the counter not professional. Slurping a drink while trying to take my order. Will not be back. Went inside to see staff. Not impressed. Food less than average. So is this location

The food here is great. The problem is that a lot of times when I stop here to get something to eat is that they are not very good at keeping things well stocked. The last time I was there they were out of ice so I was not able to get a drink with my meal because I did not want to drink warm soda. On another occasion their freeze machine was not working so no freeze for me. And the worst problem for me is that they don’t serve coffee here. I am addicted to coffee and it would be nice to grab a cup of coffee at this location but they do not serve coffee here.

I ordered delivery and they got my order wrong. They are unresponsive: the driver did not return my calls or texts and the establishment did not return my calls or email. I will never order delivery from here again because the customer service is poor! I am not from Virginia and I don’t live in Virginia so it was very inconvenient for me to have had to experience this. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with all the fixings and they gave me a burger melt with only pickles and cheese. I asked for CHICKEN.

The food is fine as far as Burger King goes but the drive thru line is atrocious. They do not know how to manage the line and take an order and fill an order while the 2nd customer is still waiting. It adds so much time to a simple drive thru order. It took 20 mins to serve 3 cars.

This is my first time at this location. Ordered through the screen inside so I could get exactly what I wanted. Waited while the manager was hurriedly throwing orders on the counter and getting frustrated if someone needed any condiments. When my ordered was called he told me I’d have to wait a bit for my daughters kids meal. I said no problem can you give me my cups so I can get my drinks. He got mad and rudely pointed out they are short staffed just go grab them from the next to the cashier and handle it myself. Okay if I had know to do that I wouldn’t have cared but don’t talk to me like I’m inconveniencing you for asking for something I paid for. They then forgot my daughters apple sauce and toy but by then I didn’t want to go up there anymore he kissed me off enough. Others around me were getting treated the same. Needless to say won’t be coming back.

This the Worst fast food experience ever. Completely disorganized. Waited over 40 minutes to get food and it was not even busy. The place was dirty as well. Have never seen anything so bad. Do NOT eat here.
