Our past two orders have come with items missing and the bag is sealed. Last time a large enough part of my order was missing that it was worth reordering and paying the tip again.
Today only one item, the nuggets, were missing but the fries were only half full in each sleeve and taste reheated. They definitely do not taste fresh, they taste exactly like they do when you reheat them in the microwave, both texture and taste are off.
When I was at the window, the service member called out to have fresh fries put down for my order, I was so grateful to hear that because for me there is nothing worse than cold-old fries when ordering fast food. She was so pleasant and professional, I wish I could have gotten her name so as to give her recognition. Everything was hot, fresh and correct!
