Over 20 minutes to receive food that hardly counts as edible. Between 4 workers (looks to be all teenagers) and a manager: the food is hard/old, coffee was only a few degrees above room temperature (wound up making it an iced coffee). It seems that no one is properly trained and it’s difficult to place an order when the young lady on radio is the same one confirming a previous customer’s order.

Sat 20 min in drive thru and watched as several ppl pulled off in frustration ….went inside to pick up order and it was about 5 teenagers playing, laughing and goofing off. No one acknowledged me for at least 5 min so i left. No manager in sight. Unacceptable.

There is no point for a worker to take your oder outside when there is no line. Then it held up the whole service at the window trying to pull up the order. Had to wait in drive thru pretty long, the burger was sloppy and I didn’t get heavy lettus when I asked for it. The quality of a wopper has gone down over the years. People were ok very quick cut neck no customer service skills or personality. (Other than the manager)
