No point of putting names on the order when the employees don’t even read it. They just start shouting out the actual order. I know I’m not the only person ordering a whopper meal. Burger King we have to do better it’s not rocket science

Did not get the onion rings with the meal. Had turned around and got back. Then not to mention they were soggy. The strawberry lemonade was horrible. Was out of syrup.

Food is always great. Some of the BK food at times can not be fresh. I stop at this location Crofton after I play softball. Everytime I get fresh food and it taste great. Most of the time there is not a wait but there was a long wait the last time I went but I didn’t care because the food was very good. I got the original chicken sandwich with chicken fries and a drink. Everything was excellent.

There is nothing like when you are starving and your routine Thursday night fast food is closing (shout out to Maurice our regular night manager who always gives friendly, accurate service, thank you also) when you pull up and you’re disappointed and dejected, however you see the night manager and inquire when they closed and you tell him you come here on a regular. He takes pity on us and reopens the store just for you and your very hungry sisters. He cooked our meals to perfection with care, he was engaging, even told us how to get a 2 for 10 deals. Most importantly the fries were fresh and hot. We are highly impressed! This type of compassion and charity is rare in this world. Thank you very much Dave! You are a very rare breed of manager and a gem.

2/22/23 evening… Keep that street stuff on the streets .. act a little professional at work. I might look young, but I’m almost 40, you don’t have to call me sir or mam but don’t call me bruh… and the tone after o said thank you…. “aiight bruh,” and my pattie to my burger was burnt and dry the lettuce and tomatoe choices at no matter when and what burger King you go to look like scraps bottom of the barrel, the fish was stuck to the bread not sure if it was done.and they forgot my tomatoes I added on my fish sandwich and forgot the bacon I paid .80 for the whole meal and service was trash except the lady that took my order she was nice and respectful on the speaker
