I placed an order through the App for pickup through the drive-thru. Upon arrival, they weren’t aware of my order. This was fine, however, when I received my food, they put the cold Hersey pie in the same bag as the hot food. Then when I asked them for a spoon, as it wasn’t provided, the person taking my order slowly walked to get it and then held it out to me just inside the order window without looking at me or speaking to me.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I placed an order through the drive thru for chicken fries and asked for honey mustard. I saw it added to my order and a charge placed. When I pulled around I noticed it was not in the bag. I went inside to get it and after I was ignored for 15 mins before finally asking for honey mustard I was told there was a charge. I said I had already paid for it but could not prove it since I didn’t have my receipt. They refused to give it to me unless I gave them 16 cents. I went to my car, got the change and will not be back. They are truly terrible, even for a Burger King.

I will probably not be visiting this location again. I ordered a Whopper Jr Meal (small size) with a Orange-Vanilla Coke. They have had this drink for a long time now. I have had this flavor at this location many times in the past. When I drive around to the Pick-up Window, I am handed the soda featured in my picture. That is definitely not an Orange-Vanilla Coke. It is not a Coke of any flavor. It is not even an Orange Soda. It is a Hi-C Orange. It is terrible. Also, they tried giving me a straw. I told them they could keep the straw. I told them I did not want it. They forced me to keep the straw. I am trying to avoid using plastic straws as much as possible. Also, when I first ordered my food, I was never asked if I wanted cheese on my burger or not. Overall, I was not happy with this experience. I will be going somewhere else from now on. I have had better experiences at the Burger King at 3359 Corridor Marketplace.

Had the Impossible Whopper and it was over-cooked (dry). The employee who took my order was great! She smiled; was friendly, and made me feel welcomed. I also really liked the Store Manager. I was watching him as he spoke to the crew. He did not mince words. He told them what he wanted and when he wanted it. He was stern. And no one minded. Every employee responded positively to him. That’s how you run a business.
