I spent 126.84 here to get half of my order everytime I order from here an it’s a big order there is always issues I received nuggets 2 bags instead of freakin onion rings,why would I ordered a chicken sandwich an bags of nuggets with my meal as a side,no condiments no napkins & im feeding 6 children with one cup holder & 3 drink one shake missing 2 this is really upsetting that there seems to be issues with big orders an staff or more so management to be a neighborhood Burger King an have to keep running into this to be lied to about a credit to my account is very unpleasing

I ordered her because the bladensburg location is temporarily closed. I ordered online and everything is wrong and cold. My first order ; three whopper meals with bacon and cheese. We got double whoppers, whatever. bacon and but no cheese cheese even though I paid extra.
I had ordered two sandwiches without onions and tomatos. One with everything. All of them had onions (one of my friends has a severe onion revulsion and threw up at taste of them.) Our drinks were all Coca Cola but we got Dr Pepper . They don’t put napkins, sporks and not even straws…
I ordered a second time before the first food arrived because I forgot my brother’s meal. We finally got the call they ran out of Coca Cola , okay we want Dr Pepper but shouldn’t they have called to ask with the first order??? Did they even check the orders over before sending them out??

We visited the restaurant on the evening of November 8, 2025.
I had the well-known Whopper meal. I couldn’t sleep the entire night I spent it in the bathroom due to severe stomach pain. Thankfully, I had medicine at home. This food is absolutely not clean. Even the French fries weren’t as we know them when we got them, they were brown, not like what Burger King usually serves, which means the oil was old and hadn’t been changed!
Rest assured, I won’t file a complaint with the authorities, but I will never recommend anyone to visit this restaurant that serves unclean food. I say this for the sake of public health I was lucky to have medicine, but what if it were an elderly person with a chronic illness?
Retrain your staff on hygiene, and teach them that this food is meant for humans, not stray animals. Set a clear schedule for changing the oil and cleaning by the number of meals, hours, and temperature and try to get rid of the stinginess that made the employee reuse the same oil for hundreds of meals.
May God curse you my stomach still hurts to this moment.

This restaurant was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went there for dinner and ordered 2 burger sandwiches and French fries, but the food that arrived was terrible. The fries were dark because the oil was old and hadn’t been replaced, and the meat was also old. I absolutely do not recommend this place. After finishing the meal and returning home, my stomach started hurting badly, and I experienced dehydration. The health and inspection authorities should visit this place to check the rotten meat. I strongly advise no one to eat here because you might end up in the hospital and spend hospital fees for a single meal.

When I say I didn’t leave and crushed my Bk king bacon double straight big back energy ❤️..this location alway never upset my gosh burger on point..i skipped going to Fridays nope come get y’all a burger omg!!
