Talk about going downhill in a HURRY. Used to eat here often but I won’t be anymore. Look at these disgusting mozzarella fries that were so old they are brown and they had all the quality of being microwaved. Used to be a reliable place to eat. Now it’s trash. STEER CLEAR FOLKS

This place is absolutely disgusting, I ordered a few days ago and saw one of the managers which was I think her name was dorethee and seen her put raw meat in the broiler and continued to make sandwiches, Thankfully someone else made my food, on the other side when i was paying attention, When I tried saying something about her not changing her gloves she acted like she couldn’t hear me and then continued to still make sandwiches. BUT someone should contact the health department and come out, I’ve worked at fast food restaurants and that is a major health violation i will not be coming here again

It literally took 30+ mins to get through the drive though with 1 car in front of me, and to get my food. Then they didn’t even give me any napkins. I just had to leave instead of bothering so the ppl behind me could get their food. Luckily I keep napkins in my car. Same experience the last time I went. It’s always over 30 mins.

Pulled up at 3:45, got my food at 4:07 with ONE car in front of me. Did they kill the cow? $10 for a medium whopper jr meal. Fast food used to be fast and cheap at the expense of quality. Now it’s not cheap, not fast AND not good. Won’t be back

I asked for sweet tea, but got unsweetened tea. The drive thru worker was interrupting almost every sentence. The food was good, but still doesn’t make up for the other stuff

I went to BK today for lunch with my best friend.
I ordered the chicken classic meal. I ask what’s the biggest size cup for the icy. The young man gives me the largest cup they had. After getting the cup he tells me this cup is for beverages and not icy. The young started arguing with me about what I ordered. I told him that is not the way you treat a customer. He started cursing at me. My bestie told him he shouldn’t talk to the customer like that and he shouted at her and said I’m not talking to you. A coworker of the young man started pushing him toward the back trying to take him away from the front of BK. I’m a 60 year old woman and my grown adults never talked to me or my best friend that way.
One of the other coworkers of the young man apologized for him, but still that is no excuse for the behavior.

They messed up taking someone’s order and could not figure out how to fix it. That one order basically shut that Burger king down.

Walked in and placed a breakfast order. There were orders placed after I made my order. I waited 25 minutes and still didn’t receive my order. I walked out. Terrible service for the walk in customer. Now if I went through the drive through it would have been a lot faster and I would have gotten the order.

The language barrier when Sonya is at the drive thru causes constant issues with my orders. For example, I had to repeat iced black coffee at the speaker three times and again at the window. even though the menu says the drink is medium, she gives a small and said that’s what she charged for. She asked if I want medium and before I could answer she went to working on a different order. Unfortunately this is our only option for a drive thru here.

It’s fantastic to have a drive-thru on base, however this one defeats the purpose. The cashier purposefully waits until the food has been handed to the last person that ordered before they get the next order at the microphone. This leads to long lines, and is completely unnecessary as it slows down orders. If they continue to take orders even if there are people waiting at the window for their food, it makes sure that the food is being prepped for the next person in line and then the line will move faster. I have yet to experience this here, it’s almost as if they are worried about their order wait time (time from order to handing it to the consumer) which is counter to how the drive-thru is supposed to work anyway…
