very kind and patient staff, and importantly the chefs looked happy while they made the food – which is why I selected this place to try during my layover. they easily accommodated for my vegan dietary restrictions on the Veggie Scramble, which was ready quickly and actually very fresh. the only downside is that there were minimal fries and toast with the order; there could have definitely been more food for the price point.

Probably the best breakfast sandwich in the airport. If not, definitely the best in Concourse D. I watched them cook and heat everything on the flat top. There was a ton of ham on the croissant and the home fries were delicious. Definitely hit the spot!

Burger was pretty tasty and juicy. The Niman Ranch beef had solid flavour and was well seasoned but wasn’t life changing. Fries were OK too and service was reasonably quick. The price was extortionate – $34 for a Burger, fries and a drink. Quality was better than a regular takeout spot but I wouldn’t spend that much again on this.

$21 for a burger and fries so I can’t give it 5 stars due to the price but other than the price it was great. Juicy made to order burger and fries and the staff was fast and helpful.

Burger has good flavors overall probably because I added mushrooms and bacon. It wasn’t dry at all, the double patty was filling and cheesy. I opted for a salad instead of fries, but didn’t get any dressing despite them asking if I wanted ranch or balsamic.
Overall it exceed my expectation for airport food. It was freshly made to order. With that said it did cost a silver dollar.

I was hesitant to eat at this spot as reviews seemed very poor – then realized most airport food venues shared similar ratings so I went for this one. When it comes to airport food, one needs to adjust expectations: it will be pricey, and likely not 5 star healthy dining.
With that in mind, I had a very positive experience. Cashier was prompt to take my order and very courteous. Food came out quickly, with a good size portion, very fresh and tasty.
And yes, a cheese and bacon burger with fries and a water added up to $39.42. Again, it’s expensive airport food.
I would recommend to others wanting a decent burger in SFO.

Deliciously overpriced. The cheeseburger $21 is super good, they cook it exactly how you order it. A slice of bacon is an extra $4.
The staff are absolutely friendly and amazing.
If you’re looking to make poor financial decisions on your next layover, this is definitely the place to do it.

Fast, friendly service with vegetarian options!
I was starving after a 6 hour flight without eating all day. I was so excited to see that they had a veggie burger on the menu. Even though I really wanted to get home, I stopped here after landing and grabbed it to go. It took 5 minutes for a veggie burger with fries and it was delicious.

Waiting for my flight, looking for a brunch and coffee saw this burger joint. I’ve got Philly steak with no cheese. It’s okay, fries is fresh, receptionist was nice. They have bar as well where you can enjoy your meal while waiting for your flight. Atmosphere was great and it’s clean as well.
Pardon me I don’t have a picture of my food when I received it. I’m hungry and don’t even think to take picture of my food. I wish they’ll seasoned the meat since I don’t have cheese on it, for sure with cheese it taste good.

We are traveling and waiting for several hours in terminal D. We decided to get a burger while waiting for our flight. I asked for a double burger, well done. The burger was pink in the middle. It only looked well done on the outside.
It was the most expensive pair of burgers we’ve ever bought. It could have been at least done the water we ordered it. About $60 for the 2 burgers and fries.
