Wouldn’t give me a water cup and charged me for a small drink instead. Said they didn’t give out fountain water. Owner called me at 10pm on a school night to respond to my complaint, i didn’t even bother picking up. I know you don’t care, no one who cares would call that late. Your burger King is more expensive than Dunkirk and you don’t allow for certain modifications on burgers That’s not the BK way. . Your employees don’t care either, it’s a reflection of you. Please let another franchise owner take this spot over, it could be great!

This Burger King just doesn’t seem to give a rat spot about service. They are so slow I’ve been sitting in line for 20 minutes now moved up 4 cars. I’ve seen about a 1/2 dozen cars pull out A-line and leave even after placing orders. The food always forgets something they don’t offer any senior citizen discounts. I guess Honda? Please your customer is not their motto

Ordered food they forgot something I called seven times and they wouldn’t answer the phone so I drove back there to get the food they insinuate I’m a liar for $4 item etc I complain to headquarters and the OWNER of this Burger King calls me tells me customers are liars you can’t trust what they say they shouldn’t have gave me my food I tell him his store is going downhill used to be nice now it’s not worth stopping by etc (truth) he wouldn’t take any blame for the way his store is acting which by the way is dirty as hell inside(napkin tumbleweeds blowing around arms stick to the table big crumbs everywhere), corporate followed up with me I explained everything to them about how he was acting and they were much nicer. I will not go back to this bk.

This is a pretty new fast food restaurant we come here a few times a month, you would think the person taking your order should know the menu. I know she’s been there 2 months this time taking our order she asked us to bear with her it’s not her job to know the menu she doesn’t make the sandwich. I’m sorry she should know what comes with every sandwich and meal, when I asked for no mayo I still got mayo. The burgers are really good when certain people are making the sandwiches and the fries sometimes they have salt most of the time they have way to much salt. The chicken sandwich is also very good. The deal with a jr burger fries nuggets and a drink for $5 was a awesome deal! Just if the worker cared a little this place could really be something.

I like this location quite a bit. The staff is friendly, the food is made quick, and I haven’t had any errors that weren’t able to be fixed quickly by the staff. BK isn’t one of my favorites and I certainly think their pricing and app deals need a serious look at, but this location in particular has some good people there. I’d recommend it.

the staff here is super nice and I like going there and knowing I won’t have problems. But the past three times I’ve been I asked for a plain burger and I always get something extra on it while I’m on break, so I don’t have enough time to go back and fix it. it’s just upsetting especially when I use my points and get something I can’t eat. Staff is super nice but maybe be more mindful to the receipt

The employees at the drive thru rush you when you are ordering. Like, do you have somewhere else to be? Hash brown rounds were double dropped in the oil to be made hot. It’s 9 in the morning and they can’t give out fresh hash browns? They gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich. If it were busy, I’d understand, but there were no other customers. How about you hire people that actually have customer service and that actually want to work instead of rushing their customers and getting their order wrong. They can at least pretend they want to be there

Burger King has one of the best faster foods. Dont believe I have ever had a issue at any location food always seems to be fresh and hot, service has always been polite and cheerful. Price for quanity and quality is good as well.
