Subject: Report of Possible Fraudulent Activity by Day Shift Employees
Dear [Burger King Management / Customer Relations],
I would like to report concerning behavior involving two employees—one of whom appears to be a manager—at your Burger King location. On three separate occasions, these same two employees have pressured me to purchase an additional item (usually something small like cookies) when I attempted to redeem my Crown Points. On two of those occasions, my points were taken without being properly applied to my order.
I had to park and go inside to ask why this was happening, and when I questioned them, they became defensive and raised their voices. This conduct occurred after they had already taken my order using the Crown Points.
For comparison, I’ve redeemed points at multiple other Burger King locations—including one over ten miles away—and was never told that a purchase was required. I will being a review for the Burger King that helped me on the 15th of this month at 12 P.M. This makes me believe these two employees may be misrepresenting company policy or engaging in a possible scam by adding small purchases to customers’ orders for personal gain.
I’m requesting that this matter be investigated as soon as possible, as it reflects poorly on the restaurant and could be defrauding customers. Based on Burger King’s Royal Perks terms, employees cannot force you to buy additional items to use your Crowns points. This behavior is against company policy and could be considered fraudulent.

Doordashed a whopper with cheese, cheese fires w/ marinara and a ice coffee to my hotel accross the street. Absolute worst burger I have ever been served! Gross from sitting in a warming bin too long. Missing sauce for the cold cheese sticks. Don’t give this place any of your money. Hope they go out of business. Ended up reordering food from Naz Halal and it was great.

The staff here is very friendly and seem happy to serve. There are ample BK crowns for kids on every table. The indoor playground is epic and slightly disorienting when you get up too high and can’t figure out how to get back to your kids.

Just visited at 12:30 AM and bought an impossible whopper with no mayo. I asked specifically for there to be no mayo and for it to be done “vegan,” to which the cashier was helpful with. I double checked before leaving the drive thru, asking again if there was any mayo on my impossible whopper. She said “they don’t come with it”, so no. I returned home, 30 minutes away, and ate half of it before realizing one of the buns had mayo on it that I didn’t realize.
I am a vegan and this disturbed me beyond words. I come to Burger King because its one of the only places I can enjoy a good vegan fast food meal. Which is sad, because I’m vegan for ethical reasons. I asked for there to be no mayo because its against my moral code. And then you serve me an impossible whopper with mayo on it? How do you think I feel?
I just wish people were more careful. I asked three times.

Last Friday night my friends and I stopped by the Burger King in Centreville after a football game, and honestly, it was one of the best fast-food experiences we’ve had in a while. The staff was super friendly even though it was close to closing time. The cashier made sure our order was correct, and the fries were actually hot and crispy — not like other places where they’re soggy.

They are the absolute worst when it comes to being accommodating. I have my toddler all she wanted to do was play, I told her if she washes her hands she can go in the play area but when I came out she had it blocked off and it’s only 5:45 pm. They told me they decided to close it because it just got clean and they wasn’t going to clean it again.

Went there for a fry and drink. They could not be bothered to have any of their drink machines working.
One of the two in the main lobby had a worn “out of service” sign (who knows how long that’s been there), the other one didn’t work, and neither did the one behind the counter.
They wound up taking 15 minutes to replace the pieces behind the counter and the drink tasted gross.
Those who refuse to plan wind up planning for failure. These people can’t even plan to keep their critical machines working.

Food was fine, service was great, the inside was clean and the kid’s play area was huge. A must go if you’re hankering for a whopper and letting your young ones get their energy out at the same time.

Its missing 60g out of 160g for its serving weight as advertised… thats almost half. Even medium serving weight is 116g. Who knows what else they’re underserving… Come to this location at your own risk and check your meals if not dining in. Very disappointed.
