Whoever the cashier with the blonde highlights is, she should not be working in customer service. Her attitude was completely disgusting, unprofessional and disrespectful. She humiliated a family that came in after us over what seemed like a simple miscommunication. There’s absolutely no reason to treat customers that way.
To make it worse, she later spoke in Spanish to her coworkers saying, “I asked him six times if that’s what he wants,” with clear frustration and anger in her voice. It was uncomfortable to witness and left a terrible impression. No one deserves to be spoken to like that.

This burger king consistently makes my order wrong when I order delivery. Today was the breaking point when they added lettuce and mayo to a burger making it so I was unable to eat it. Delivery man was very swift in delivering order but fries were dead cold. Super sloppy service from this BK.

SERVICE: Staff were very friendly & good. Service gets marked down for a different reason
The MOBILE ORDERING SERVICE WAS DOWN at this location. We could not order from the App, nor were they able to accept “offers / deals” displayed from the app. So no discounts, no deals.

Great location if you’re in the area. Easy access with a great deal of overflow parking. All of the standard Burger King restaurant accoutrements.
However, The end store dining experience was lacking. We would normally order and pay with the app, picking up the food via drive-thru. as the app was down I opted to order and eat in the restaurant. The dining area could stand to have been cleaned and the booths were not in great shape.

Though I usually go to the location overnight on my nights off, whenever I go there is not usually a problem.
Even late at night, at 1 or 2 in the morning, when I order food it is perfect. I usually order french fries and they are awesome.
The people are usually very nice also.

I don’t understand why everyone is so lazy these days. As the picture tells everything they fried the fish twice. It was made before. When they got the order they fried it again and served. Don’t they realize how unhealthy it is?

The girl at the first window was great. She showed up at the 2nd window to hand me my order too and I couldn’t keep up. They were surprisingly efficient. The food was good for what it is (fast food) so that’s great. And yeah. Pretty great.

I recently ordered delivery and was sent the wrong drink. I ordered a diet cola and was sent a frozen coke. I am severely allergic to HFCS and they sent me a drink with HFCS in it. I am being refused a refund by their online order staff and am being given a joke of a ‘coupon’ that requires me to spend more money at a place that sent me a drink that could send my to the hospital. Cruel, ableist, garbage behavior. AVOID THEM
