This location has been a bit disappointing from time to time. Closing an hour before closing time….not making orders right….forgetting things. This one takes the cake thou right now atleast getting a order that looked like it was thrown together without a care in the world. Especially going through a drive though for a meal on the go was just ridiculous. It was dripping in the sauce, my bottom bun was soaked in it. The entire paper was covered all over, as pictured, in the sauce….very messy.

Worst meal of all. Worker asked if I wanted cheese on my chicken sandwich. I said no. Also ordered a burger, just ketchup. Had “everything” on it, and the roll was hard. Worst Burger King ever. One star isn’t deserved. After a company meeting we wanted to go through the drive-thru to get burgers. In the meantime it had stormed and afterwards the sky was beautiful. I pulled to the right to get a quick picture. The very unprofessional boy working the drive-thru starts yelling about how I parked and was just flat out rude. I told him after I done getting my picture I was coming around to order. Even the customer getting her order heard this and told me to ignore him and he had zero respect for customers. At that point we said forget it and went to Hardee’s instead. The manager on that shift could have cared less when she was notified. It’s all good though because I don’t have a problem driving to the Dover location, and they really are nicer. The picture I included in this is all I was trying to get before we ordered. They lost out on $30.00 sale. Imagine if a mystery shopper was coming to evaluate them and witnessed this.

No stars. This BK needs more employees. I stood by the counter no one acknowledged or said I be right with you, NO customer service. They just kept handling the drive thru orders. I stood there for several minutes and decided to leave and go to Hardee’s.

Dont trust to use debit card there. Got a new debit card in January. In February used it for first time at Burger King drive thru. Couple days later get a notification that authorization pending on my debit card for a cash app someone trying to buy something using my debit card info). Can’t say for sure that my card was compromised by Burger King but since that was only placed it was used it seems highly suspect. …

Awful experience- the sandwiches are just thrown together dripping in sauce or mayo. The people making the sandwiches are sloppy and clearly don’t care. Manager standing there while the kid making sandwiches is giving a customer lip because she asked for a new sandwich.
