I placed an order online for pick up and then when I arrived to get it they were other people in line as well. I ordered ice cream and just started to hand me a bag but they were not going to tell me they didn’t have ice cream. I was offered something I ordered as a substitute it. This is not the first time we haven’t had ice cream. I’m starting to think they just won’t run the machine. I don’t like their dishonesty.

Why is the Burger King ran down like it is . It is decaying from water damage at the drive thur from water damage and also I pay $12 for 2 sodas and 2 fries and look at the fries they barely gave me a full container of large fries. Bad experience.

I don’t know what is up with this restaurant. No matter what without fail even if there is only 2 or 3 cars it takes like 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Cookies are always overcooked, their breakfast sandwiches are disgustingly loaded with grease, and half the time they’ll forget your sauces. I can only assume they’re severely understaffed but I dont know something has to change there. It’s too slow and unreliable for me to keep going.

It’s Burger King. There’s not much to say. There were a bunch of cars at the drive through, so the inside counter took a little longer than usual. I had one of the receipt specials for a free Whopper. The lady at the counter was not articulate in explaining that she could use one set of codes for the sandwich but that she could not use the confirmation code. Then, she did not offer any prompts for the order. I remembered to interrupt and ask for no mayonnaise, but forgot to ask for cheese. I added a cheeseburger with added tomato and onion. It still worked out.
