Horrible wait time, only had 2 people in front of me in drive thru and yet it still took me 35 minutes just to get my food. People that take lunch breaks from work with only 30 minutes to spare I suggest going else where. They also choose when they allow you to change fried to havsies. One day they allow next day it’s oh no we can’t! Horrible service all around.

I went through the drive-thru pick up a quick bite to eat on the way home from work. Pleasant cashier and quick service. There was a beggar in the Drive-Thru but I’m not luring the rating for that because that’s just how every drive through is in Philly.

Nope! Stay away from this dump. Wrong order, food made like crap and tasted as such. No refund coming despite the incompetence.

Since the quarantine I have seen some seriously bad service, especially in fast food. Between this dump and a seriously disappointing DoorDash, avoiding it like a plague is your best move.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Bought family dinner over $40 worth of food to receive RAW burgers, missing items, and ketchup & mustard splattered everywhere except in the bun. Contacted supervisor and district manager… was asked to return for replacement or refund..yet upon doing so per there request with reciept..waited 20min and told to bad. No resolution

Worst costumer service ever in my life
.. I also do doordash and this place is number 1 on the worst place for service…. i dont know who does the hiring but I would say it would be management’s fault .. they must be just as bad to be letting there workers behave and treat the costumers they way they .. or should I say not do.. bc they all just ignore everyone and don’t like doin there jobs…. waited so long .. that we left. Couldn’t even place an order bc they were to busy on there phones or talking to eachother
