They don’t always have the door unlocked so I’ve had to walk the drive through a couple times to collect my order, once they let me in and the manager or supervisor shouted at the lady for doing that which seemed unfair to me.

The 5 stars is all because of Lawrence! It’s 4th of July, the drive thru is getting busier, people are pulling up in the parking lot, and he is ON TOP OF IT. He seems like the most dedicated employee with excellent customer service skills. I am extremely impressed with the hard work I saw today. Kudos to the employee in the back I also saw working hard to fulfill orders and the staff member cleaning, as well!

When I come here at night it’s semi-decent and always professional. The same cannot be said of the daytime crew. It’s like romper room. The person taking your order walks away in the middle of it to go argue with the manager about his time card and doesn’t come back. The manager is the only adult in the place, though you wouldn’t know it…
