If I could score it a zero I would. We sat at the order window for fifteen minutes without being told hold and when she did she made us wait 10 minutes. I made a mobile order and my meal is already paid for. We backed out went inside to stand longer. It’s sad when your employees talk shit in Spanish about the people who are waiting on them to work. I know Spanish and I was so pissed didn’t say anything because I don’t want my food messed with. And where is management. Two employees who don’t do there job. I should of asked for my money back but don’t trust the lady to make sure that happens. Don’t go here if you want quality service and food they burnt my food and I told the lady she drugged her shoulders and walked away. January 30th 2026 at 11:29 am.

This Burger King is one of the best out there. I’ve been coming to it for the last 6 months and I’ve never had much of a problem with anything. When you order, they make sure you really do get it ‘Your Way’, which with most restaurants, they’ll sometimes slap in whatever and ship it out. The employees are pleasant to interact with, the food is delicious and although it takes a little while sometimes, they make sure to work with anyone who might’ve gotten the wrong things. I would love to continue coming here for a long time!

Don’t know about during the day but at late night the staff is amazing… we got some special orders late on 2-25-26 at 3 am and the guys working treated us like kings … 5 stars all the way

I placed an order thru DoorDash and whole order was wrong. I was given diet sprite instead of regular, gave me a chicken wrap instead of my sandwich and chicken was so less, my Philly melt wrap was disgusting old chicken patty and my husband got philly melt and they gave him a regular burger. Also to top it off i don’t get my money back at all DoorDash and burger king never using again.

Horrible, horrible, horrible food experience. The only good thing I received on my order was the Coca-Cola. See videos (won’t allow video upload, but I’ll share w/ the manager) and photo; fish sandwich was what appeared to be fried (stiff cardboard like, fried-like consistency to the fish fillet, and bun was burnt on both ends) I don’t know how that was served. The onion rings were no better and as if they were thrown in the fryer several times (stiff, beyond crunchy, and ready for the trash). I was extremely disappointed with this visit and definitely not visiting this place only to get my food refund. Total disgust!!!

Went in there the other night and it was 2 guys working alone holding that place up, the window guy seemed a little stressed but he was doing a great job. I hope you are paying these people extra to be doing the jobs of extra people.

went today for the 3/$7 deal….never asked for it that way before and they gavr me the me the $7 deal…..today they charged reguplar price….i also ordered a large onion ring and only got 4 onion rings and the rest of it was fries….and they were cold as ice….never goin to this one again
