It’s your typical Burger King. It’s always clean, and the bathrooms are well kept. They have plenty of parking. They also have parking for tractor and trailers. This location is an easy on, easy off location to the highway. Order your food thru the app, and they will have it waiting for you. This also helps make sure you get the correct food as this location is prone to make mistakes.

Last night I seen a commercial for new Burger King tacos. So today for lunch I was very excited to try them out. Today I used the drive through. Which was moving along very well. Not to long of a wait. Perfect drive through times for a fast food line. As always when I go to this spacific Burger King. The lady at the speaker was prompt and polite. Order was taken with no mistakes or confusion. Total was given and pulled forward tot he pay window. This BK is a 2 window DT so have your cash ready will keep the line moving. Pulled up to the second window and food was ready. I was on my way. Got home and unbagged the taco. They was not what I was expecting. They definitely got the meat and the sauce perfect. Delicious. Everything else is terrible. The shell deep fried flower of very poor quality. 3 small shreds of cheese and a little lettuce crammed in the top. Very disappointing Burger King. Such a great job with the meat but presentation and overall quality very very poor. Stick to burgers. I guess I should have expected this for only a dollar. ♂️

Terrible food, no effort put in. I ordered a sandwich asking for light mayo and what do they do? They put approximately 6 tablespoons worth in mayo onto my sandwich. To add, my sandwich was not even warm. This experience absolutely disgusted me. Do better.

Horrible customer service. Walked late at night made it by 8:56 and the doors were locked. Instead of allowing me to order via the drive thru window the manager was rude and showed no empathy. I know Williamsport isn’t a black friendly town but my god their racism showed
