Honestly all the people giving 1 star reviews & taking pictures of their burgers need a quick reality check & to find more important things in life to complain about. This is Burger King. This isn’t a fancy steak house – it’s Burger King. For what it is this is an awesome location. The people are nice, food is always good & it’s always very clean. If you’re the kind of person who likes to complain about fast food restaurants may I recommend going to a place that is up to your standards?

Though we eat at Burger King on a moderately regular basis. We don’t usually eat at this branch in East Pete. Food and cleanliness at this branch are equal to any other I have been in, but I have a consistent problem here with the way I have to order a gluten-free meal. I don’t have this problem at any other branch.

We went to Burger King tonight and decided we wanted to try their new burger choices. We ordered the BK stacker Philly style Burger. It was very disappointing, because all we received was a double cheeseburger, basically. Trust me, it looked nothing like what was advertised on TV. The onions and peppers were missing and there was very little sauce on it. We also tried the parmesan chicken sandwich and it was annoyingly salty with just a bit of marinara. We were very dismayed and probably won’t go back!

It’s Burger King so the one star isn’t for the food. It’s not even for getting my order wrong. I got a Dr. Pepper instead of a chocolate milkshake (??? How??). Now I know mistakes happen and I have no problem paying the price difference for my cold treat. But for a person in a position of authority to tell me no I ordered this drink that I don’t drink, and to cop and attitude and then charge full drink price instead of the price difference for her mistake…THAT is why I give the 1 star. AND my fries were cold. The cashier was very pleasant and professional. She could teach her boss a thing or two.

Food was good. Service could have been better. Was given one drink at the beginning and then asked to make sure we received our other medium drink. The man at the window said he already had it (with some ‘tude) and then we were almost handed a large drink before saying again that it was a medium. In the end still got the wrong drink :/.

Customer service is horrible. Lady working the window was too busy texting on her phone to take orders or collect payment. Substituted my sour dough bread for a regular bun without saying they were out or anything. Then got an attitude when I didn’t want that burger.

I’ve only ever used the drive-through at this location. However, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly and as long as you have patience when it’s busy, your order will be ready in a timely manner.
