Cleanest Burger King I’ve been to ever. The staff were perfect and joyful. And my whopper tasted perfect. Fries were perfect. Had my food in about 60 seconds. Phenomenal.

Burger King offers a standard fast-food experience with a diverse menu featuring burgers, fries, and other quick bites. The food quality can vary by location, but generally, it provides a satisfactory option for those craving fast food. While some may appreciate its affordability and convenience, others may find the overall dining experience to be average compared to other fast-food chains. It’s worth noting that service and cleanliness standards can also vary by location. Overall, Burger King remains a popular choice for quick meals but may not always stand out for exceptional quality or service.

You might want to check your cameras. My son and I were just there and left because mid order, the guy taking our order decided to throw roll up paper at another employee sitting at a table right past us. Needless to say, we left. You lost money and we won’t be back.

This place has really turned around. Staff is quick and friendly. Manager( GM I think) was super attentive calling out food and orders to her team to make sure they knew what was needed. Awesome service. Will be back.

I ordered a rodeo cheeseburger and a whopper jr with cheese and after 15 mins waiting, i got two cheeseburgers for 8 dollars. They didn’t give me a reciept so i couldn’t take them back and get my right order. Garbage service, management, and business.

On 8/2/25, I visited this Burger King with a valid, current coupon. The assistant manager handed it back after trying multiple times to process it on the register. She was ready to give up dismiss the coupon without explanation. When I insisted it should be honored, her response was: “I cannot do anything for you because I am not going to get in trouble for stealing.” This was an unprofessional and inappropriate comment to make to a paying customer. Sharing internal or personal concerns is irrelevant and reflects poorly on the business.

What made the situation worse is that I had to be the one offering her alternative ways to honor the coupon’s value—essentially steering the assistant manager toward the correct solution. As a customer, I should not have to teach an assistant manager how to do their job or find workarounds for something that should have been handled routinely and without argument.

The food quality was equally disappointing. My Whoppers and fries were served cold, the Chicken Fries and mozzarella fries were overcooked and dry, and the overall presentation was poor. The restaurant was not busy—just a steady drive-thru flow—so there was no justifiable reason for the delays, mistakes, or lack of care.

The assistant manager appeared visibly flustered, even saying, “See, the computer keeps signing me out,” as if that explained the problems. While technical difficulties happen, they are not the customer’s responsibility, and they are certainly not an excuse for substandard service or cold food. Professional customer service means managing these challenges without shifting the burden onto customers.

This is not an isolated issue. Nearly every time I’ve visited this location, there has been some type of problem with food quality, service, or operations. Corporate has done nothing to address the ongoing concerns, and I am done giving Burger King any more chances.

If you want consistent service, properly prepared food, and staff who can handle customers with professionalism, I recommend going to the McDonald’s on Manheim Pike instead. They clearly have stronger management, better training, and a much higher standard for customer service.

Disappointed, frustrated, and officially finished with Burger King.
