Went at 11 am on a Thursday. There was only 2 other guests between inside and the drive thru. Waited over 15 minutes for a whopper JR meal and a kids chicken nugget meal. The person working in the back was making one sandwich at a time and they weren’t keeping up with dropping fries. The people in the front were not communicating with the guests about anything-they didn’t even apologize for the wait. The front cashier didn’t even greet me, I had to initiate the conversation. After waiting over 15 minutes, the only good thing about the meal was the fries. The whopper JR patty had definitely been sitting in the warmer for a while-showing that they’re probably not following the time limit for the foods.

Went to Burger King after church with me in a group of the guys we stood in line for about three minutes and mind you it wasn’t even busy we were the only people in line, then the woman at the counter couldn’t even give me my correct change I tried to correct her and she got an attitude me. worst fast-food experience

If I could leave a 0 I would 2 very rude employees, I ask for assistance and the employee rolled her eyes at me! My daughter was an employee and was wrongfully fired! She’s 16 and a Store Manager yelled and cursed at her in her face! Very unacceptable being that she is still a minor. She was rude on several occasions in front of customers! I came with my daughter for her paycheck after 3 weeks and was given the run around! I asked nicely can she call the manager so I wouldn’t have to keep coming to the store and was told No I’m a rude way! I plan to report this to corporate and file a police report for the adult who couldn’t control herself and cursed and got in my child’s face ! Very disgusted by this entire situation, I would not recommend no one working here or eating here!

Ordered spicy chicken fries and mozzarella sticks. Waited 15 minutes to order and another 15 minutes for the food as they had 1 cashier and only 1 checkout station. Mozz sticks were rubber with it warm on the outside and when bitten into, cold on the inside as if they had just been reheated and not cooked fresh when I ordered it. Chicken fries were tiny, rubbery and not warm at all. Thought some of this food is advertised as being cooked fresh, at least the non meat items that are supposed to be cooked in the fryer. The menu on the flat screen tvs was about 1/10 of the actual menu so we had to continue to ask the cashier if they had this item and that item only to have them say yes it’s in our menu but then why is it not displayed on the menu that has 5 tvs above. Just a really unorganized, not fresh cooked food stop. Nothing like the other burger kings I normally frequent. I do not recommend eating at this location.
