They asked me to wait for a few minutes but I didn’t mind because they greeted me promptly as I pulled up. When I got home I could tell my burger was re-heated because the bread was hard as a rock with the burger and cheese stuck to it. Literally wasted my money I could’ve gotten food from Turkey Hill if I wanted a trash burger. Never going to this Burger King again.

I was having a very hard day since I lost my car earlier so I wanted to stress eat. I came to Burger King because it’s pretty good and cheap but this one was by far the best I’ve been. The staff is super nice, the drive thru was fast, and the guy at the first window really made my day. They were super quick giving me my food and when I got my food is was nice and hot. My chicken fries were super juicy and just came out of the fryer and the fries were nicely salted. IF I CAN GIVE THIS BURGER KING 10 STARS I WOULD, COME HERE

If I could I would give zero stars. They decided to play loud, extremely inappropriate music while we were eating. Asked for a district manager number and a “GM” came up and she apologized and said they could turn the music off. Why are you playing inappropriate music loud like that to begin with. I did end up contacting the district manager who will be looking into the behavior

My time at the 2009 Dotson court Burger King has been awful, very few times is it simple, I have many complaints but I’ll start with today, today I pulled up to BK and the app wasn’t working at the drive thru so I decided to go inside in pouring rain as it’s really my only close option I can have for my lunch break, I then spent my entire 30 minute lunch waiting just get to the counter to order and hope they could rectify the issue with the app, the worker at the counter who normally doesn’t give bad customer service then proceeded to tell me the BURGER KING app is 3rd party and that I was gonna have to pay 3 dollars more for my meal because your app wasn’t working, now a quick Google search proved that point wrong and just made it seem like because they were busy he just didn’t feel like doing the right thing for the customer, now I have more then enough money for it but it’s the morality of it, I spent 30 minutes just waiting to get to the counter for mediocre food just to be told “tough luck pay up” this isn’t the only time the app stopped working but it was rectified last time by the manager there who I didn’t see in there today, I only go here out of convenience but if I’m going to be lied to straight to my face I will figure out something else.

Stopped while traveling across the state, which is only time we eat fast food. Easy to get to. Seemed new, very clean. Bathrooms are unisex, and very clean. Cashier politely said right up front that she was new and to please be patient, so we were. Very small dine in seating area. Food was great and fresh, and all staff we interacted with were very pleasant and friendly. Exceeded expectations for a quick BK stop.

If i could give a Zero i would for their customer service. The Manager LINDA is very rude and has no understanding of what it means to go above and beyond for the customers. Please educate your managers on customer service and company policies. Im sure if your manager does know the polices or how to handle customers that same energy is passing down through the other team members… they served these “mozzarella sticks” to my cousins daughter n Linda said they looked alright n nothing was wrong w them. Refused to give a refund. Then laughing at my cousin. Not sure what funny about serving this trash to a 7 year old who ate it

I got to believe this is one of the best Burger King’s I’ve been to. The two women that work in the morning are really nice and they bust their butt. Really hard to satisfy all customers. Always leave with a smile.
