Really what can you say it is BK. You know what you are going to get and they filled the expectations. Super friendly clerk went out of his way yo assist a lady with a walker. Food was hot and tasty, dining area clean. Stop at an off peak time for the best experience and try the onion rings.

I should know by now fast food is no longer edible. I stopped by during lunch hour, thinking it would have a chance of not being old and stale. NOPE! I ordered a double whopper with cheese. Two grey, cold patties, buried beneath a mound of wilted shredded ice berg saturated with mayo. One side of.the sandwich had a pickle and tomato slice the other side was bare. This wouldn’t have qualified as dog food which is what it ended up becoming when I got home. Yuck! The King is dead! Don’t waste your money or time.

The 2 out of 5 people there who were actually doing work were great. The 3 in the back had some great insights into the BK drama (Juicy gossip anyone!?). We had debated getting Chinese food or Burger King for lunch so, we knew we made the right choice when we heard the dog barking from the kitchen! The best of both worlds and, FRESH!!! 2 stars. The big guy with the beard and the lady who was actually making everything get 10 stars though. They were great as always.

Ordered a double whopper and asked for a “fresh” one. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through I received a piping hot whopper. They must have just microwaved it because I’ve never had a whopper where the tomatoes, lettuce and bun were hot too. I guess fresh means let’s just microwave it. Total trash food!

Horrible service!!!Order was received incorrectly. I went into the restaurant to have it corrected, and the cashier was ringing my order up again, and I asked if she was going to deduct what I paid at the end. She got frustrated and started growling at me and balled her fist up, and started shaking. I told her there was nothing to get frustrated about, and she better not growl at me again, or it was going to be a problem. Then I asked for a manager. She told me I had to contact the app to get a refund. SMH!!

Why the one star review? Staff pleasant enough. Food? Came out fine. The problem? Absolutely filthy establishment. Garbage on the floors. Garbage receptacles were overflowing. Nothing looked like it was wiped down. Bathroom was dirty. I felt disgusted eating here. Whoever owns this (franchise owned?) needs to take a hard look at how this place is maintained. My advice. Better order at the drive up. If you see the inside of the building you might not want to eat the food.

If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would. I just left there. Got no receipt, had 2 wait over 20 min for my food, didn’t get a cup and had to ask for one, fries are old and taste horrible, they’re out of coke ( no signs posted and got an attitude when I asked about it). Beyond ridiculous. For almost $18 you should get better service than this. I will be contacting corporate, this isn’t how you treat customers or run an establishment. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever eat here! And to top it off, customer service is refusing to help or assist me at all. Saying I’m refusing to provide proof of purchase, even though I have twice to 2 different people. Do yourself a favor, use your money as toilet paper and eat it. It will taste better than the food they serve here.
