Snug no spoiling coffee cup lids, fresh sandwiches and tots.. everything was great. The mocha ice coffee with the whipped cream was just what the doctor ordered and the lady waiting on me was great and still is. I’ve went there every Saturday since and the crew loves it.

Waited almost 20 minutes for a simple breakfast meal, when I only had 1 customer ahead of me. This place is totally dysfunctional. They weren’t busy at all, and by the time I left, there was about 5 customers waiting behind me. Food was made and setting on warmers, 3 people trying to figure out who gets what. Serious lack of management and competence.

Stopped for a quick bite late afternoon. There was almost no one in the restaurant but I got a quick jr whopper, and it was as good as any I’ve ever had I think. Crisp lettuce, slice of tomato and pickles, just the right amount of Mayo! Yummy! It hit the spot. Thanks guys.

Updated…Spoke with Greg from corporate about how badly my visit went and he was worse than the experience!He was rude,belittling and obviously could care less about the customer experience.So don’t bother with complaints because he will just degrade you and has a major attitude problem!Save yourself the disappointment, travel the extra miles and go to the Mt.Joy location.Better yet go to McDonald’s!The owner of this store should be aware of how Greg treats people!!If I could give 0 stars I would!This burger king should be closed down!They get your order wrong alot.If you go back for them to make it right,even after talking to management and being told your name is in some book for a remake,the manager on duty questions you and tells you their policy is to return the food because some people say they are owed just to get free food!How dare they make that accusation!!Will never go back here again but will follow up with corporate office!The place was so filthy!

Won’t ever visit again. Felt like the staff could have done better. Maybe they were backed up and needed more help but food took a while, along with many other customers waiting. When I finally got my bacon king, I felt the burger wasn’t cooked enough. Assumed maybe it was the lighting that made it look more pinkish inside. Didn’t feel too great later after eating it. Even asked my teenage son if it looked pinkish.

I really like Burger King, and really wish this location was more consistent with the burgers they turn out because some times they’re really good, but the other day I was disgusted with the food I was served. I understand working in a fast food store isn’t the best gig, but PLEASE try to take a little pride in the food you turn out! Why don’t you people care? Do you think it’s funny serving horrible food to people? I order a Big Fish (big mistake lol) and I had to stop after the first bite because it was repulsive. Old fish patty, the sauce tasted rancid, soggy pickles, absolutely disgusting. And the bacon whopper I ordered, so sad… perhaps you should allow the customers to hop in the kitchen to make their own food, because I KNOW I could assemble a whopper better. This location has no consistency, because the other month I ordered a couple ChiKings and they were fantastic!! I keep trying to convince my fiance that BK isn’t that bad, but this location is even testing my faith in BK.
Notice in my picture the Bacon King… look at that assembly! The bacon is laughable! And my big fish… to think some poor fish died to produce this thing…
I don’t write this review to be rude, I write it because I’m upset, I love BurgerKing, and because I feel like I was being insulted by being served such poorly prepared food. I’ve work in fast food before, it’s easy to get stressed out, it’s not a fun job a lot of the time, customers are rude and disrespectful, I get that this is just a job for many. I love yall and will probably be back soon cause them whoppers keep calling my name hopefully I can write a better review then.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but something needs to happen. It’s was 02/23/24 @ 7:20p. First we waited 20 mins in the drive through line to then be told that they were no longer taking orders at the window. Inside we were greeted by a filthy restaurant with only one kiosk working. Unfortunately there was only one cook who was doing his best while 4 other employees watched and waited for him. We then proceeded to wait for another 25 mins for our order to be ready. By the time we got our bag of food it was cold. They also had their machines down behind the counter which didn’t help. They seemed very disorganized and didn’t have the proper staff in place. There was no need to have 4 people taking orders and only one cook. The other thing I noticed, there were a few people who came in to order and had their food before us. I never expected to spend a literal hour waiting for fast food. They also didn’t offer an apology for the wait, just handed us our food. I’ve attached a photo of the order behind the counter and how long we were waiting to show proof because the kiosk didn’t give us a receipt.

The cashier was nice the manager apparently didn’t help do anything. My chicken fries were old and my double cheeseburger was literally not even warm or the cheese melted. Made me feel sick worst Burger King I have ever been too never again.
