What a HORRIBLE place. They messed up our order. Accidentally gave us too many things of fries and said she needed it back out of the bag we already had just to throw it away. The cashier told us to have a good day and handed us our food and THEN realized she didn’t charge us (we were waiting with out card anyways) and the manager yelled at the employee TWICE in the ten minutes we were sitting at the window. Poor management and horrible customer service.

Got the wrong order but there was a line and it was pretty close. Everything I did get was made properly and bagged well and the worker was frazzled but polite and the misunderstanding was justified. Doing their best while understaffed.
