I order the same meal the same way a couple of times a week but I noticed that I get charged two different prices. When I initially asked the drive thru cashier about it she instantly became angry and rude. I paid the higher price but asked to speak to a manager. He assured me that was the price. Today when I went through the same cashier became instantly hostile. I pulled up to the second window and asked for a manager and happened to talk with the district manager and the store manager. I showed them the receipts with the same meal and two different prices. One was entered as a meal and the other was rung up as individual items. The response wasn’t what I was expecting. They said it was the higher price but the order taker “did me a favor.” I don’t think it’s too much to expect that the same exact meal always costs the same exact price. Burger King feels like you may or may not get someone to do you a “favor” when you order.

the prices they be charging these days is so insanely high for the terrible quality of food you get. i will say that it’s at least better than McD’s, but anyway I am never eating food from Burger King again

I’ve gotten food here a few times… usually late in the evening with the soccer team. It’s the team’s favorite place to go after our games here (once a year) The employees usually handle the sudden crowd well. Last night I left with my food to discover my Zesty sauce wasn’t in the bag. Hard to eat chicken fries without it… or at least ranch or BBQ would have worked. I had 2 packs of “sweet and sour”. No idea what I’m supposed to do with these… bug repellent?? Have the employees double check the sauces, please! If they’re not sure, maybe include an extra one of a different type! Next time I’ll have to look in the bag before I leave…..

I’ve eaten here a few times. This trip was drive thru. I spotted these signs (my photos) hanging in the workers’ area. Viewed from my car. I snapped two photos to share. I don’t think they hang in every BK. But this management does it right. Hats off.
The food is always good n hot. So far, all my orders were correct, too.

We can’t leave Titusville without stopping for a frozen Coke lol Every food purchase has been very good too and the drive thru always seems to move along pretty good.

Just ordered ice cream for my client and me. Paid 2.73. Came home with 2 whoppers costing over 11.00. Called numerous times about this, but big surprise, they don’t answer their phone!!

As usual, one of the few times I ate fast food this year, they messed up my order. Texas Double Whopper with no onions. Well it had onions on it, they even marked the wrapper with no onion and the receipt said no onions. Typical for me.

The prices were reasonable, service very friendly and patient and the whole restaurant was clean. This is a well managed BK property.
