Out of all the fast food places in northeast Ohio, I prefer BK. Their prices are still decent and their lines and food are flame broiled. That makes it taste the best and gets most of the grease out of the meat. I don’t eat fast food a lot but in a pinch I choose BK.

Never have a problem at this Burger King. The food is good, but I wish all the fast food restaurants would bring back regular size wraps. Theirs are good, but buffalo sauce would be nice. Burger King is overpriced on these because it is just one chicken pattie cut in half. I have to order 2 of them to get a meal

I went to try the new brisket burger! What a FIASCO!!! The commercials are one thing but reality is a huge difference!!! I opened it to see how was it and didn’t find the brisket meat!! There was an older woman in the near table and ask me Did you find it?? We went to the cashier and told her that they forgot the brisket!! Amanager came an open my burger and show us the meat!! OMG it was a tiny little piece of meat!!! It’s not worthy paying $8.00 for only a “blind” burger!!

Sandwich terrible- lettuce sparse & wilted, fish NOT freshly made, bun soggy. Terrible
$10.08 + tax should equal $10.68
Charged $11.12 Overcharged ! Complete waste of money & time.
Wendy’s line was so long chose BK but in future will return to Wendy’s. Rather wait in line for a fresh Wendy’s Fish which is delicious & affordable compared to BK.
Only positive note for BK is their staff is always friendly at S Hermitage location

Eaten at this Burger King multiple times! Everytime we have been here the staff have been more then friendly and accommodating, it makes coming here all the better! The managers are outstanding in customer service! Very personable! I look forward to coming back again and again! The food was hot and fresh! The evening manager even gave us a 2nd cookie because our toddler accidentally dropped his. We didn’t even have to ask he just did it because he saw it happen!

Fast food tends to be excessively high in calories and unhealthy, so I wouldn’t advise it. Personally, I’ve tried it, but I often end up choosing smaller portions like junior sizes due to the high fat content and lack of nutritional value in their regular meals. On a positive note, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
