I had one of the worst experiences here at a restaurant. From the uncaring and very slow paced staff to the old and cold food. Waited over 25 minutes in the lobby. 2 parties that ordered after us got their food first while our food sat getting cold under a lamp. The only one working was the manager and she was miserable. She should just get rid of the other 3 deab beat team members, it would be less disappointing if I saw one person working hard and got bad food then 4 people doing nothing and got bad food. They couldn’t even be bothered to cook us fresh chicken. Sandwich was old, burnt and cold. Whopper, cold. Chicken Fries cold. Wrap was burnt and cold. After waiting so long it is just inexcusable. I sat facing the kitchen and it was literally hard to watch how bad the service and employees were. Ignoring customers and smoking right outside the front door. I was dumbfounded. I will never be back and I deleted the app. Couldn’t care less about the crowns wasted. So much wasted potential at this location. If there is any way to get my money back please let me know. I feel like I was robbed today. Couldn’t recommend less. EDIT: Guest support did get back to me and made the situation agreeable. I appreciate the quick response time and the genuine care from the guest support.

I came in with my son to utilize their playground on a rainy day and we got burgers fries and nuggets and drinks, all hot all good will definitely be returning from the good experience. The manager and front counter employees were both very nice women and my son really took a liking to them both whatever they’re doing to turn themselves around in at Grove City BK it is working KEEP IT UP!!!

Not only did they mess up my whole order. They pulled me and wasnt going to give me my drink but i asked for it and got the wrong drink. When i got my food brought out to me it wasnt even hot. Not one item. I asked for plain burgers and got ketchup on them asked for side of ranch didnt get that fries was nasty. Worst burger king ive been too.

Go here if you want to stand around waiting for service until your reluctant cashier finally takes your order and then takes fifteen minutes just to give you old food that’s been sitting in the heating element the entire time you’ve been there. This is the second time I received mozzarella fries that were old and crusty. Seriously? Please throw out your old food and replenish it and make it fresh for customers. Take notes and have some respect for your customers. Please talk your employees about not holding food over the expiration time. None of my food was fresh. When I’m waiting for over ten minutes I deserve the fries that just came up and a full fresh order, not food that was over it’s expiration which this clearly was. Do better.

Got a simple order of a single plain sandwich wrong. All the tables in the playroom were dirty. I even asked for a rash to clean it and the kids said that they have to do it themselves, but then never came back to clean any for us. So we sat at a sticky table. We were literally the ONLY customers in the restaurant!

Have to give this one all the stars. I unexpectedly got the best damn whopper here! It was clean, punctual and very very nice service. I wish I could remember the woman’s name. But even with the order a lil off she fixed it with a smile. Recommend.

Waited in drive thru for over fifteen minutes just to get shorted an order of onions rings and the order I did get was raw! Cold and glued together they weren’t even cooked. This BK is tge worst.

My first visit to a Burger King restaurant was in the early 1960’s when they opened in our community. We have had many meals throughout our lives at various Burger King restaurants. Recently moved to Grove City Pennsylvania and visited the local Burger King. Outstanding!! Great staff from the register to the management. Food perfectly cooked and fresh. Facility neat and clean with staff checking on cleanliness of inside eating area. Very pleased. We will return often.
