Was a little nervous ordering here after reading the reviews but everything was great! Cashier was a sweetheart & even helped us fix what I had done wrong in the app! I had drive-thru not inside. ♀️ ♀️Food was made quickly & correctly & tasted amazing unlike other BKs weve been to these last few years! Only other thing I would note is the drive thru isnt big enough if you’re in something bigger than a pickup truck

I’m a fan of Burger King, don’t get me wrong. The food is great, the other customers are very nice. However, every time I come in, i have employees turning their back to me before I even get the chance to speak && every time I ask for extra dipping sauce in the drive thru, I NEVER get extra, only 2 or 1 sauce, not extra.

Food has usually been under a hot lamp for awhile. Associates are very Rude. And BE SURE you check your order before you leave or you can be missing some of your order. Most of the staff, including manager needs replaced in my opinion. All this makes me usually go somewhere else. They want you to go through the drive through window, it seems to get the attention. 0 stars

Served us a Whopper “melt” with completely white and I toasted bread. I got the spicy, it had no cheese or Jalepenos, only meat and sauce on cold white bread. Everything was ice cold and just tossed together. The onion rings were, you guessed it, cold and tasted like cleaning chemicals. Everything got thrown away and we wasted $13 that we could have gotten 3 gallons of gas with.

I went thru the drive thru and picked lunch up…both young people that worked there was absolutely awesome..food was hot and delicious! They put my marinara sauce in the bag and even gave me extra straw and napkins! Outstanding customer service appox 1230

All of the reviews left saying that the drive through is more important to the employees…very correct. I went in for my lunch break from work and my order of an 8 piece nuggets and 8 piece mozzarella sticks took a total of AN HOUR to get out to me! On top of that, I had to REMIND them that I had not gotten my food, and when I told them I was greeted with a very inappropriately given dirty look and snarky comment mumbled to the cashier. Their food sucked, and unfortunately there’s only one semi decent manager there, who in fact, is the one who gave me the dirty look and passed the snarky comment. I understand the food business is tough and grueling, however, there is a level of professionalism you need to have when working with customers regardless of the crap day you’re having.
Having to wait over an hour on 8 nuggets and mozzarella sticks is absurd. Several people asked for their money back and left that day without food. Truck drivers, who work overnight and make quick stops to small towns to grab a quick bite, had to leave because their food was taking forever to get out to them and they needed to get back on the road. It’s truly insane the way the Ellwood BK runs.
Not sure why it’s even still open. Just shut down already.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten Burger King.
On the way home I decided to have BK.
I originally went in with their 2 for $5 BK Jr burgers. While inline I saw their patty melt. Looked good, I figured why not. Placed the order to go. After thinking about it, I didn’t think it would be a good road sandwich. I picked up the to-go bag, glanced at the time. I decided to sit down & eat. It was a very good sandwich. The fries were nice & hot. Not having BK in such a long time, I thought their fries were also pretty good. The employees were friendly. I over heard a few customers & employees say good bye to each other using their names.
I think in today’s hurry hurry world, it’s nice to know the employees know their customers by name.
