If I could give zero stars I would. I have given this location numerous times to get it right. Every single time they mess my order up. Either missing food, and I don’t live close by or like tonight I order a large fry and the container is less than half way full. Staff is unfriendly. Good straight from the window is cold and disgusting. I have spent good money here and it’s disgusting! What a rip off! Under this management, I will not be back! Never again!

No paper towels bathroom dirty, girl at counter was just all frowns and acted like we were a bother. Tables were dirty I ordered just the sandwich and got the meal instead when I said something about the amount girl said no you ordered the meal.

I love bk but tonight my food was extremely disappointing!!! We ordered whoppers and they had so much ketchup and mayo that it was like eating a ketchup mayo sandwich ….. was extremely sloppy couldn’t even taste the burger not to mention they didn’t even have the courtesy to put napkins in the food bag for those sloppy burgers . I’m super disappointed in the service and quality of food tonight! Would be nice to have those meals refunded.

Was almost like 90% of all fast food chains, the person takes the order makes me feel like I am begging for food not paying for it! The ask you to order when ready but they don’t let you speak without interrupting you and they don’t listen. Ordered and paid for large fries and received small size.
