As being a previous manager at BK years ago, this Irwin store was run 100% better than any local one. They were very courteous, Our food was just not thrown together and shoved in a bag. Everything was wrapped neatly, hot, & quality was the best !

This morning Leroy had the drive thru closed and only the inside open. Thank goodness I was with my mother today who is disabled so I was able to go inside for our food. The thing is Leroy saw us and a car in front of us at the drive thru, looked at us a few times, and chose not to tell us the drive thru was closed(even though the light was on). We waited 10 minutes and the car didn’t get waited on so I called and asked are you guys open he said inside is I said so is the drive thru? He hung up. I then went in for my food I don’t think Leroy was happy to even be there this morning

Friday night 10 pm. Could not see a lit sign since there wasn’t one. Entrance from the highway blocked due to a line for the drive-thru. Lobby locked and overworked staff – a manager bagging, a perturbed (and rightly so) cashier taking orders/cash/ drinks, one grill person and a red shirt doing apparently nothing.

This place is TERRIBLE. We asked for a jr.whopper meal with no onions and a. Sweet tea and another thing with a coke they gave us 2 cokes and only rang up the one order. So we had to totally reorder the food and they still got it wrong sandwich has onions and fries were terrible. They gave us onions on the burger which we asked nicely not to do and there wasn’t any cheese.. they rushed us out the drive through and nobody was even behind us.. DO NOT COME HERE

Eric and Ericia are very customer orientated. While sitting in the dinning area with a few friends both Eric and Ericia topped off our coffee and spent a minute to see how we were doing. Will definitely come back as long as they are here.
