I had a fantastic experience using the Burger King drive-thru, and I want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Susan. The line moved quickly, the speaker was clear, and my order was taken accurately and politely.
Susan was extremely friendly and professional, making the experience feel welcoming even through the drive-thru window. My food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. It’s clear she does a great job leading her team and keeping everything running smoothly.
Great customer service like this really stands out. Thank you to Susan and the drive-thru team for an excellent experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Susan at the Burger King drive-through truly made my visit a great one. She took the time to ask how my day was today instead of just shoving me in and out of the drive through while also working incredibly efficient, with a positive attitude that stood out right away. She got my order exactly right and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers with genuine kindness. Susan is a great example of excellent customer service—Burger King is lucky to have her.

0 stars as a door dasher this place takes a ridiculous amout of time to get food done I could be coming from 10 minutes aways and still wait a half-hour when I get there even when they dont appear to have anyone in the drive thru or dinning area. I have witnessed multiple people leave simply cause they wont take 30 seconds to take your order. Nice people but not good service at all. Imo

My parents and I went through the drive-thru around 11:15 a.m., and the experience was disappointing. The male employee at the window seemed very unfocused unfriendly and not fully alert, which made the interaction frustrating. My dad had to repeat his order several times, and even then, the order was incorrect I asked for a triple Whopper with cheese but received a double Whopper with no cheese. My dad clearly specified triple with cheese, and the employee even repeated it back correctly, but the order still came out wrong.
It felt like the male employee wasn’t paying attention or didn’t care, and the lack of friendliness didn’t help. I think some additional customer service training and attention to detail would go a long way. Overall, it was a very dissapointing frustrating unsatisfactory visit.

Pulled into the drive thru, waited about 20 minutes for Anyone to even acknowledge I was in the drive thru, when the man did speak he was rude. He said he couldn’t hear me so I talked louder and then told me to just leave because he “isn’t dealing with this today” terrible customer service.

If I could give this a negative number for a review, I absolutely would. I got a decent amount of food, including 2 Jr chicken sandwiches.. they were completely raw.. I’ve been calling them for hours since with a busy signal… It’s hard to imagine they wouldn’t notice RAW chicken.. will NEVER go here again.

The guy taking the order at drive-thru wasn’t friendly I placed my order online. You couldn’t hear the guy on the speaker. When I got up to the window they didn’t get my order correct and I was missing items. With placing the order online you would think they would get it right. The guy acted like it was a burden we got food. I will not be going back to that one anymore.

I’d give them zero. They literally told us not to come there because we wanted a burger without the top that had seeds on it due to health stuff. There were multiple cars pulling away due to this guys attitude as well. Then the order he repeated was all wrong so we cancelled and went somewhere else.

I ordered the 7 dollar trio using the picture board to show my choices, 2 burgers and an original chicken sandwich = $7. I also ordered a VALUE FRY for $1.99 and jalapeno bites for $2.50. grand total: $11.50 plus tax. I was charged for a medium fry in the trio meal and full price for a sandwich bringing my total to $17.00 and causing me to overdraft and incur fees that BK won’t cover. Read the tickets back to your customers because you’re supposed to so this screwing people out of money doesn’t happen
